The Head and Deputy Head of the Tuanhe Labor Camp in Beijing Removed from Their Posts, and Other Cases of Karmic Retribution
9/9/2003 (Clearwisdom.net) Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic
retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions,
is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic
of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe
will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such
as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated
another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet
due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a
compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit
wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely
"following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held
responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of
wrongdoing may they escape retribution. The head and deputy head of the Tuanhe Labor Camp in Beijing are removed from
their posts In recent years, Beijing's Tuanhe Labor Camp has brutally persecuted Dafa and
Dafa practitioners. It instigated inmates to beat and torture the practitioners.
As a result, the whole management order was chaotic; the policemen were corrupt,
and evil was everywhere in the labor camp. In these recent two years, a big
scandal was disclosed which involved large-scale usage of illegal drugs inside
the labor camp. Over 100 people used those illegal drugs, and the drug addicts
were from four of the seven divisions. Tuanhe Labor Camp has altogether 7
divisions, and the other three divisions illegally imprisoned Dafa
practitioners. After the scandal was exposed early 2003, over 80 inmates had their terms
extended, and the former 7 divisions were all dissolved. Many prison guards who
were involved in carrying the illegal drugs inside the camp were fired. The
labor camp head, Zhang Jingsheng and deputy head, Li Aimin were both removed
from their posts. Those two were the ones mainly responsible for the brutal
persecution of Dafa practitioners detained in the labor camp during these years.
Their hands are stained with the Dafa practitioners' blood. Jiaohe City "610 Office" director suffers from karmic retribution,
currently lying sick in bed Jiaohe City "610 Office" Director Fei illegally fined and
imprisoned hundreds of Dafa practitioners. Nearly a hundred practitioners were
sentenced to forced labor or jail terms. Fei now is seriously ill. He remains
hospitalized and bedridden. A business owner from Jilin Province reported Dafa practitioners to the
authorities; he is now in late stage lung cancer Since July 20, 1999, Wu Xiangyan from Wanchang Town, Yongji County in Jilin
Province has been very hostile toward Dafa and Dafa practitioners. On March 5,
2003, he made two report calls to the local police station. As a result, two
practitioners were arrested and two were illegally sentenced to forced labor. At
present, Wu is suffering as a result of having late stage lung cancer. His wife
told him that he was suffering from karmic retribution because he persecuted
Dafa practitioners. He cursed at his wife viciously and even threatened to send
her to the local police station. Security head suffered from retribution and died in a car accident Dafa practitioner Mr. Jiang Min, in his 50's, is a resident in Changde City.
In early 2001, he was illegally imprisoned in No. 2 Detention Center of
Dingcheng District to be brainwashed. Afterwards, the "610 Office"
compelled his family members to urge him to stop practicing Falun Gong, but
Jiang firmly refused to give up his belief. Hence, the "610 Office"
forcefully arrested him at his home and imprisoned him in the No. 1 Detention
Center. On the way there, the security head Zhou was hit by a car and died as a
