Court Fails to Reach Verdict After Dafa Practitioners Clarify the Truth

(Clearwisdom.net) On September 9, 2003, the Panzhihua City Renhe District Court in Sichuan Province brought seven male Dafa practitioners to trial. The seven men were: Geng Dexin, Chen Jingxi, Luo Xiaoxing, Gong Guanglei, Gong Wenyou, Xie Zhiyuan, and He Yuanchao. In the court, He Yuanchao, Gong Guanglei, Gong Wenyou and Luo Xiaoxing openly clarified the truth to everyone there, including the judge, the prosecutors and the audience. When Geng Dexin challenged the legality of the trial, the prosecutor was speechless and had nothing to say. Practitioners also shouted out "Falun Dafa is good! Falun Dafa is righteous!" In addition, they also revealed how the police covered Dafa practitioners' heads and took them to Qinyuan Village and tried to extract a confession by torture. The judge tried several times to silence the practitioners but didn't succeed. In the end, the court closed without a verdict.

It was reported that Chen Jingxi was arrested in August 2002. Geng Dexin, Gong Wenyou and Gong Guanglei were arrested on September 7, 2002. Mr. Luo Xiaoxing, Ms. Luo Qiaolan and Mr. Wang Wei were arrested in October 2002 at Lengshuijiang City, Hunan Province. He Yuanchao was arrested at Kunming City, Yunnan Province in June 2002. Presently, these determined practitioners are being held at Panzhihua City's Wanyaoshu Detention Center in Sichuan Province.
