Zhejiang Province's Shiliping Forced Labor Camp Uses Depraved Means to Persecute Dafa Practitioner Mr. Huang Shaowei

Dafa practitioner Mr. Huang Shaowei, 55, has been steadfastly cultivating Falun Dafa since 1999.

In August of 2000, because Huang Shaowei refused the evil forces' so-called "transformation," local policemen Shenfeng and Jin Xiaofang used force to send him to the Shaoxing Rehab Center. The policemen instructed junkies to administer beatings to him and even connived with them to force-feed Huang Shaiowei soap water through his mouth and nose in order to make him write the so-called statement of "guarantee of transformation." When Huang remained unaffected and protested the treatment the two policemen said, "You want to cultivate, so we'll let you suffer."

In October of 2000, after Mr. Huang was sent to Zhejiang Province's Shiliping Forced Labor Camp, Policemen Li (an instructor) and Wang (the assistant director) personally gave him two injections of unknown drugs which made him feel so weak and faint that he almost passed out. His body endured extreme tortures as a result of these injections. Afterwards, he was sent to a dark and wet prison-room where they had an electric fan blow on him intensively for a consecutive twelve days, torturing and abusing him extremely. During that time Mr. Huang made asked them to shut off the fan, yet the policeman replied, "You think this is your home and your words count here?"

In May of 2001, being completely deprived of conscience, policemen forced him to wear special underwear contrived for prisoners with sexually transmitted diseases, causing him to suffer both extreme physical and emotional torment. Not only did the policemen refuse to provide medical treatment for Mr. Huang, they actually framed him as a criminal. The policemen's means were brutal, despicable and shameless.
