The three banners read: "Falun Dafa Is Good!" and "Falun Dafa Is the Righteous Fa!" The banners fluttered in the wind and rain, bringing great encouragement to the practitioners. The police at the labor camp, on the other hand, were panicked and did not know what to do. The banners were very high off the ground, and they hung from the power lines. As it was pouring rain, the policemen did not know what to do, so they called the electric company to come get the banners down. The people from the electric company did not dare to go up on the utility poles, so the banners remained proudly, and as the night fell, people walking by could still see the banners.

The policemen were shocked and scared by what they saw, "Falun Gong is so amazing, how did they get it up there? Did they have a helicopter or something?"
