A Dafa Practitioner Resists being Taken Away by Police; Kind Neighbors Extend Helping Hands

(Clearwisdom Net) I am a Dafa practitioner living in the countryside. Since 1999, when Jiang's regime started persecuting Falun Gong, my fellow practitioners and I have been going to appeal to the government. We were illegally imprisoned a few times, but I didn't give up. I remember Master's words all the time and strongly believe that there is nothing wrong with being a good person. We do not violate even a bit of any policy or law, and we are good people everywhere. We clarify the truth to everyday people and behave according Dafa's standards.

One day, in November 2003, the police abducted me. The following is an account of my experience.

Around 8:00 am that day, a group of people broke into my house. They demanded that I write a "guarantee letter" (not to practice Falun Gong), or verbally agree not to practice Falun Gong, not to distribute flyers, and not to appeal to the government anymore, otherwise I would be sent to a brainwashing class. I sent forth righteous thoughts calmly and clarified the truth to them at the same time. I asked them to wake up and make sure that they could tell the difference between right and wrong, and not do anything that helps the evil. After four hours of negotiation, they requested a few more policemen to come to the scene. They all rushed at me and tried to take me away. My children and a neighbor, who do not practice Falun Gong, tried to push them away. But there were around 20 of those policemen in the hallway and they came and grabbed me. The police chief told me in an evil tone, "We will carry you to the reeducation class."

They took me downstairs and I thought that it was a good time to validate the Fa and clarify the truth. Therefore, while saying "Falun Dafa is good" loudly, I also told people who were watching, "See it for yourselves, it's a VCD with the facts about Falun Gong. I practice Falun Gong to be a good person, but they want to take me to a brainwashing class." One grandmother stopped her work and came to help me. The police chief rudely pushed her away and told her that it wasn't her business. The grandmother almost fell. She came back and held me again. After a while, I asked Master for help, to not to let the police take me away. The police finally put me down, and one of them asked, "Why is it that so many of us cannot take you away?" I understood that it was Master who helped me.

Meanwhile, my children broke through the police's blockade and got out, and there were also a lot of neighbors on the road. They asked the police why they arrested people without a cause. The evil is most afraid of being exposed. The police told my children, "We lost today, and couldn't face the people. We will let your mother go." What happened that day helped everyday people understand the essence of the evil's persecution, and many everyday people were on the side of justice.
