(Clearwisdom.net) On the morning of November 28, 2003, Mr. Qu Guoxian,
a Falun Gong practitioner from Dashidi Village of Dongjia Town, was illegally
forced by policemen Wang Fushun and Gao Fusheng to attend the Dalian City
Heishijiao brainwashing class.
Prior to this incident, another Falun Gong practitioner, Mr. Fu Yiquan from
Wangtun Village of Dongjia Town, had been persecuted by the Dalian City Forced
Labor Camp to near death before they released him. On January 12, 2003, after
hearing about the recovery of Mr. Fu Yiquan, the inhumane Gao Fusheng went with
some other police officers to question whether Mr. Fu had taken any medicine.
Mr. Fu Yiquan then replied that he had been able to make a full recovery without
the aid of any medicine. This information was then used by Gao Fusheng as an
excuse to illegally arrest Mr. Fu for the fourth time, due to the fact that Mr.
Fu could only have made such a miraculous recovery by carrying on his practice
of Falun Gong.
Before arresting Mr. Fu for the fourth time, Gao Fusheng had frequently
harassed both Mr. Qu and Mr. Fu.
