Recently Master has said, "In Fa-Rectification Your Thoughts Have To Be Righteous, Not Human." What, then, are righteous thoughts? I'd like to share my personal understanding.

The practitioner who wrote the article "Cultivators Should Not Form Attachments to the Fourth Plenary Meeting" mentioned the phenomenon that "the number of people that have understood the truth and received salvation was too small, despite the fact that we have distributed so many flyers, VCD's and other materials in the past few years."

Master says in "In Fa-Rectification Your Thoughts Have to be Righteous, Not Human,"

"What's happening is that the cosmos is going through Fa-rectification. [What is taking place in] the human world is merely how low-level beings act when gigantic cosmic bodies are being impacted by the Fa-rectification. What could human beings possibly do to gods? If there were no outside factors, would humans dare to do anything to gods? How human society unfolds is nothing but the outcome of high-level beings controlling things."

Many sentient beings have not yet received salvation. The crux of the matter, I believe, is that the evil factors behind them haven't been eliminated, so our truth-clarifying materials didn't have or lacked the power of the Fa. To be more specific, although we were busy doing things, we neglected the essential tasks of studying the Fa and sending forth righteous thoughts. This restricted our truth-clarifying materials to their superficial words and forms and didn't have the effect of eliminating evil and saving sentient beings. Falun Dafa practitioners are assisting Teacher to rectify the Fa in the human world. The only difference between ordinary people and us is that we study the Fa and send forth righteous thoughts. We have to do those two things well, otherwise aren't we doing ordinary people's jobs? Can sentient beings then be saved?

What's the difference between humans and Gods? Humans use their four limbs to do things, while Gods use supernormal abilities to do things. Even though practitioners are in this human flesh body, our thoughts and actions are not of ordinary people. When we are assisting Teacher to rectify the Fa in the human world, we should let our divine part shine forth. We should let our divine powers work and use our supernormal abilities and righteous thoughts to do things. The power of divine powers, supernormal abilities, and righteous thought come from studying the Fa, so studying the Fa well and strengthening sending forth righteous thoughts before clarifying the truth is truly saving sentient beings with righteous thoughts.

As we can't use our godly sides to do large-scale divine things, we need to adopt human means to harmonize the human world. In other words, we need to do things with our four limbs. But sometimes we forget that the key is studying the Fa and sending forth righteous thoughts, and we were then merely doing things with our four limbs.

This issue exists among practitioners. After Teacher published the new article, some practitioners were eager to do more and do larger-scale things, but they didn't keep up with studying the Fa and sending forth righteous thoughts. They also did not afford Fa-study the proper degree of importance, and even when they were studying the Fa, their minds were still on doing things and were full of ideas of validating Dafa. They couldn't calm their minds, maintain a tranquil mind, and focus deep down inside. When they sent forth righteous thoughts, their power couldn't focus, and as a result the evil in other dimensions didn't get completely eliminated. Truth-clarifying materials didn't manifest the power of the Fa to sentient beings, and it turned out to be a waste of manpower and resources.

"However high a person's character is, that's how high his gong is." (Zhuan Falun) When we study the Fa and send forth righteous thoughts well, that's when our righteous thoughts become powerful, and we naturally can do great things and do a lot of great things for sentient beings. That is a state from the Fa.

A lot of times when we didn't study the Fa and send forth righteous thoughts well, and were merely doing things, people would say we were holding some activities. We'd feel physically tired all day long. Sometimes the street committee and the police would check on what we were doing and find fault with us. Of course that's the old forces' arrangements, but from another perspective, the police are supposed to discipline ordinary people and their behaviors. What does it mean when they want to discipline Dafa disciples? Isn't that a warning that we have human thoughts mixed in our actions of validating Dafa?

Teacher is leading us to walk out of being human, to surpass humanness, and to eventually walk on the path to Godhood. Dafa disciples are fulfilling our mission of assisting Teacher to rectify the Fa and save sentient beings. Let our Dafa disciples' divine sides be truly resurrected.
