By a Falun Dafa practitioner in Taiwan

(Clearwisdom.net) A five-day photo exhibition, "Journey of Fa-Rectification," sponsored by the university's Falun Gong Organization, was held in Shih Hsin University from Oct. 18 to Oct. 22, 2004. More than forty photos recounted the wide spread of Falun Dafa around the world, the brutal persecution of innocent Falun Gong practitioners in China and practitioners' appeals for Falun Dafa on Tiananmen Square. Posters exposing the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners by Jiang Zemin's regime attracted many students' attention. Truth-clarification videos were also played during the exhibition.

Falun Gong practitioners distributed flyers to tell people the true story of Falun Dafa. The university's Falun Gong Organization also participated in the student organization fair on Wednesday. A number of students came to the booth to ask where they could learn Falun Gong.

Falun Gong practitioners also took advantage of ten-minute class breaks to tell students about the benefits of Falun Dafa and the persecution of Falun Gong in China. The materials they distributed were in both Chinese and English.

Because part of the exhibition happened to share some space with the English Corner, practitioners brought some materials in English to give to people from other countries. A woman from another country spent a long time at our photo exhibition. I went up to talk to her. She told me that when she was in England, she had a few children from China at her place. A Falun Gong practitioner tried to clarify the truth of Falun Gong to them, but the children tore the truth-clarification materials apart. She was confused at that time and didn't know why that had happened. After I told her about the staged self-immolation on Tiananmen Square and all kinds of lies fabricated in China, she suddenly realized the truth. She thanked me for telling her about this, took a truth-clarification CD and left her contact information with me.

When students came to watch a truth-clarification video, I told them briefly about how the persecution of Falun Gong was based on lies and pointed out the flaws in the self-immolation story. A student said, "This is too much!" He took some truth-clarification materials to read in detail.

An employee of the university asked when he could come to our group practice after reading Falun Gong practitioners' experience sharing. We loaned him a copy of Zhuan Falun and promised to keep him informed about any upcoming nine-day lecture series.
