List of Falun Gong Practitioners Illegally Sentenced in Suining City, Sichuan Province

Yang Bing: Falun Gong practitioner from Pengxi Town, Suining City in Sichuan Province (became destitute and homeless). Yang Bing was arrested by Suining police in 2003 and is detained at Lingquan Temple Detention Center. Yang Bing was illegally sentenced to a nine-year prison term.

Li Guangjin: A Falun Gong practitioner from Chongqing (became destitute and homeless) who was abducted by Suining City police. He was illegally sentenced for seven years and was detained at Lingquan Temple Detention Center in October 2003, where he remains.

Tang Deliang and Wang Hongmei (husband and wife who became destitute and homeless). In August 2003, they were abducted by Suining City police and are incarcerated in Lingquan Temple Detention Center. They were sentenced to a six-and-a-half-year term.

Ms. Zhang Zhenhua: A practitioner from Wanyuan City, Sichuan Province (became destitute and homeless). In August 2003, she was arrested by Suining City police and is locked up in Lingquan Temple Detention Center. She was sentenced to three-and-a-half years.

Hu Kaiguo: A practitioner from Yongxing Town in Suining City, Sichuan Province who was abducted by Suining City police in October 2003. He is incarcerated at Lingquan Temple Detention Center and sentenced to a five-year term.

Luo Xingquan: A practitioner from Suining City in Sichuan Province was arrested by Suining City police on the October 10 of the Chinese lunar calendar, in 2002. He is being detained at Lingquan Temple Detention Center and was sentenced to a seven-year term.

Liu Hongjun and Liu Yun (brothers): They are practitioners from Hesa Town in Suining City in Sichuan Province. The brothers were arrested separately, at the end of 2002 and the beginning of 2003, respectively, by Sining City police. They are incarcerated in Lingquan Temple Detention Center and have been sentenced to a four-year term.

Hong Bingyuan: A practitioner from Suining City in Sichuan Province who was abducted by Suining City police in April 2003. He is detained at Lingquan Temple Detention Center and sentenced to a four-year term.

Liao Esheng: A practitioner from Suining City in Sichuan Province who was arrested by Suining City police in 2003. He incarcerated at Lingquan Temple Detention Center and was sentenced to a four-year term in prison.

Yang Yunfu: A practitioner from the Fifth Group of Jinmei Village in Suining City in Sichuan Province who was arrested in 2000 and sentenced to one year in a labor camp. In April 17, 2004, he was arrested once again by Nanqiang police in collusion with the city's "610 Office," and was sentenced to three years of forced labor. In May he was sent to Mianyang City's Xinhua Labor Camp.

Ms. Wang Jifang: A practitioner from Suining City in Sichuan Province who was sentenced to two years of forced labor in the beginning of 2001. In August 2004, she was abducted by Suining City police. She was sentenced to one-and-a-half years, and was sent to Zizhong Nanmu Temple Women's Labor Camp.

Wang Guohua: a practitioner from Suining City in Sichuan Province was sentenced to 2 years in prison. In April 2004, he was arrested by police when he was distributing truth clarification materials in the Anju area. He is being detained at Lingquan Temple Detention Center.

Ms. Li Qiongying: a practitioner from Daying County, Suining City, Sichuan Province who was abducted by Daying county police in October 2004. She is incarcerated at Lingquan Temple Detention Center.
