Practitioner Pan Juying Is Abducted for the Fifteenth Time and Her Life Is in Great Danger By a Falun Gong practitioner in China (Clearwisdom.net) Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Pan Juying published an article on the Minghui website (the Chinese version of Clearwisdom) under her real name on February 29, 2004 (for the Clearwisdom version, refer to http://www.clearwisdom.net/emh/articles/2004/3/11/45945.html). The article exposed how the police and local authorities tortured Ms. Pan and terrorized her with poisonous snakes. After the article was published, the local police expended a lot of resources to recapture Ms. Pan. On July 8, 2004, Pan Juying was abducted for the fifteenth time. Pan Juying, 40 years old, is from Anlu City, Hubei Province. Because she refused to give up her belief in Falun Dafa, she had to leave her home and become destitute in order to avoid arrest. In the article she wrote: "In April 2000 the police abducted me again with the excuse that I had sent Teacher's lectures to other practitioners. The policemen who tortured me included: Yang Shaolong, Ke Jicheng, Tang Jianguo, Zhong Xinde, Chen Xinyun, and Chen Yidong. They formed three groups and took turns torturing me. The torture lasted for five days and four nights. They slandered Dafa, cursing Dafa and Teacher; they burned Teacher's picture in front of me; they didn't allow me to sleep; they handcuffed my hands behind my back, kicked me down on the floor, and stabbed my face with sharp newspaper rolls. In the Anlu Detention Center I went on a hunger strike to protest the persecution. I was force-fed and was given a blood transfusion. On the ninth day of the transfusions my legs were freezing and my pulse almost stopped. The "610 Office," the Police Department, the Procuratorate, and the Health Bureau all sent officials to the hospital. After a discussion, they suspected that they had given me the wrong medicine. To shift responsibility from them, they notified my family to take me home. On August 9, 2000, policemen Chen Xinyun, Shi Chao, Li ling, and Chen Yidong abducted me from my home and took me to the Anlu City Police Department. They didn't let me sleep for six days and nights. It was the same gang of policemen, but they tortured me even more cruelly. They handcuffed my hands behind my back, tied my feet, put large chunks of ice on my body, and burned my face with lighters. Li Ling and Chen Xinyun beat me down to the floor and then stepped on my toes and anklebones. Ke Jichun suspended me from the ceiling fan with only one foot barely touching the ground. On the afternoon of August 11, Chen Xinyun brought two snakes and put them on me. He put my left hand into the bag with the snakes inside and then put my feet into the bag. The snakes crawled on my feet. They were cold." Ms. Pan Juying is now being detained at the Sili Detention Center in Anlu City. She went on a hunger strike to protest the persecution. When she was near death from the torture, the policemen sent Ms. Pan to the Second Municipal Hospital to be revived. During her hospital stay she broke through the persecution and left the hospital with her righteous thoughts, but she was abducted again at the bus station and sent back the hospital. This time Ms. Pan was handcuffed to the bed 24 hours a day. There is no information on her current condition.
