The Symptoms of My Husband's Stroke Disappeared After He Stands Up for Falun Dafa

(Clearwisdom.net) My husband is 66 years old. He was diagnosed with a stroke ten years ago. The stroke started at the left side of his head. At that time, there were five people in our household. My two daughters were in school and a granddaughter was in pre-school. My husband's salary was the only source of income and we lived in very poor conditions. After he was diagnosed, he had to take medicine and injections every month, which added an additional financial burden to our already bad situation. A few years later, the paralysis extended to both sides of his head and became more severe. He lost control of all four limbs. Despite our poor financial situation, he took some medical treatments, but merely to keep the condition from becoming worse. He wasn't able to work and spent almost everyday in misery. At that time, everyone in my family felt lost and helpless in the face of such misfortune. There was nobody to help us.

In 1997, I learned about Falun Dafa, and I started cultivation with devotion. My husband supported me very much from the beginning. My home became a practice site. He helped me to take care of our granddaughter every evening and he never complained. He was very warm to our fellow practitioners. Fellow practitioners used to come to my home to study the Fa until Jiang Zemin's political regime started the persecution of Falun Gong. Before then, everyone in my family was in good health and we lived happily.

After I started cultivation, my husband didn't need to take any medicine anymore. The savings from our former medical expenses reduced our financial pressure as well as the fear of misfortune. I felt so lucky. It was Falun Dafa that saved my family. It was Teacher who gave us hope to live.

After July 20, 1999, my husband was never afraid of the evil. He even lashed out to the vicious policemen, "Falun Gong practitioners are all good people. Don't you know good will be rewarded with good and evil will be met with evil?" Whenever he heard someone attacking Falun Dafa, he never remained silent. He always told people that Falun Gong teaches people to be good and there is nothing wrong with Falun Gong and people should not listen to those fabricated lies. He also recited "Falun Dafa is good" everyday and "Truthfulness-Benevolence-Forbearance is good" with a sincere heart. During the five years of persecution, he endured a lot of hardships for me but he never talked about himself. Although he did not do the exercises, he always treated himself with the standards of a practitioner and guarded Falun Dafa everywhere he went.

Now his stroke has been completely cured. He doesn't need any more medical treatment. Now nobody can tell he was once a patient with stroke. He is healthy and happy everyday.

My husband put himself in a right position during this special Fa-rectification period and thus he benefited. Our family feels truly grateful to our compassionate Teacher.
