(Clearwisdom.net) The Xingfu Town Brainwashing Center was set up in the Xingfu Town Justice Administrating Center in Weicheng District, which is one of the seven persecution points in Weifang City. Many Dafa practitioners have been persecuted there, and countless tragic events have occurred there. In the cold winter, elderly Dafa practitioners are forced to sit on the icy cement ground for an entire day, with both legs together, the two hands at their sides, and the upper body in an upright position. The slightest movement triggers beating and kicking.

Primary assailants:

Wang Chengfang, Wang Jinkui, Zhuang Xiangdong, Yang Guoliang, Qin Zhigang, Yu Kuisheng, Wang Yousheng, Liu Jiating, Song Xiwu, Liu Huiqin (female), Ci Shuwu, Leading Manager Ji from Land Management Office, and Xiao Zhang from Zhangjia Village.

The above persons all work in the Xingfu Town Local Government, and stand ready to be called upon at any time by Wang Chengfang, the secretary of the Town Political and Judiciary Committee. They are a "beating gang" to brainwash Dafa practitioners.

Oftentimes, a group of cruel perpetrators jointly torture a single Dafa practitioner repeatedly. They beat practitioners or shock them with electric batons. One practitioner became mentally traumatized from this torture and was brought by Wang Jinkui to the police station's duty room and shocked with electric batons until he was half dead. The practitioner's sad cries affected everyone who heard them. Liu Huiqin (from the Birth Control Office) used her high-heeled leather shoes to beat a practitioner's head and face, almost blinding one of the practitioner's eyes. Policeman Wang Yousheng, from the town police station, poured two cups of boiling water on a practitioner's head. The Xingfu Town Local Government has illegally detained some practitioners more than ten times, and for up to 81 days.

Between July 20, 1999, when the persecution against Falun Dafa began, and 2000, the Xingfu Town and Yuhe Town police stations jointly set up a checkpoint at the crossing of Weide Road and Fengnan Road, both of which head to Beijing, to block Dafa practitioners from going to Beijing to appeal. All westbound traffic (toward Beijing) is stopped, and the perpetrators get into cars with police batons to force passengers to curse Dafa and Teacher. Anyone refusing to curse is dragged down and beaten, then taken to the police station for interrogation. All travelers fear this wicked harassment to the very marrow of their bones, but they dare not say a word in protest.
