Ms. Shi Suqin from Baoding City, Hebei Province Dies After Long Term Persecution


(Clearwisdom.net) In April 2004, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Shi Suqin, a resident of Dingxing County in Baoding City, Hebei Province, passed away after going through several months of pain and suffering.

Ms. Shi Suqin experienced better mental and physical health after practicing Falun Dafa. After Jiang's regime started to persecute Falun Dafa, Shi Suqin's husband was deceived by the rumors and propaganda spread by Jiang's regime. He violently opposed Shi Suqin's practicing Falun Dafa, and frequently beat and berated her. Dingxing County authorities also arrested Shi Suqin many times. In 2002, the Dingxing County Police Department and the 610 Office twice sent Shi Suqin to the Liyu Village brainwashing classes for persecution. The second time, Shi Suqin was beaten until she lost consciousness. Only then were her family members allowed to take her home.

After going home, Shi Suqin's husband continuously monitored her and did not let her study the Fa or practice the exercises. As a result, her battered body could not recover. Early in 2004, Shi Suqin was hit by a car and injured further, but her husband still would not allow her to study the Fa or practice the exercises. In this hostile environment, Shi Suqin's health worsened and she finally passed away after several months of pain and suffering.
