(Clearwisdom.net) Shanxi Province practitioner Fu Jishun died after suffering long-term police harassment.
Mr. Fu Jishun, 63, was a retired worker from Lingqiu County's Construction Company in Shanxi Province. He was a determined practitioner. In December 2002 he went to Beijing to appeal on behalf of Falun Gong. After the trip, the police detained him for over six months.
Since then, the security police have repeatedly harassed him and searched his home. On the evening of April 24, 2004, police officer Zhang Xinmin led a group of police and broke into Mr. Fu's house to harass him again. When Mr. Fu's family member returned home the next day, they found him unconscious. On the morning of April 25, 2004, Mr. Fu passed away.
