(Clearwisdom.net) My name is Yuan Jinliang and I live in Qingyan Village of Fuping Town. I was reported to the police on June 8 when I was clarifying the truth to the people, telling them that Falun Dafa is good. I was arrested by police from Chengguan Police Station and sent to the Baoding Forced Labor Camp in the afternoon. All these years, the police officers here have persecuted, to different extents, several hundred practitioners. The persecution methods commonly used are electric shocks and "Cuffing and hanging up." (1)

The second day I was there, they used electric shocks on me. In a small room, my hands and legs were fixed to the four corners of an iron bed so that I couldn't move, even a bit. Then two people, one on each side of the bed, used electric batons to shock me.

There was a young practitioner from Sichuan Province named Wang Chunde who was once bound to the bed. Four people, each holding an electric baton, shocked him simultaneously. After the shocks, they bound him with even more ropes, including one around the stomach and one around the legs. He remained bound in this manner for more than two weeks.

Dafa practitioner Liu Wenbo from Zhuozhou City was locked up in a small cell and prohibited from contacting anyone. He was allowed to have a shower before October 1. When he undressed, it was really shocking to see that his whole body was covered with round black scabs, and his back was covered with a large body of scabs.

Dafa practitioner Hu Jinbiao from Wangdu County was tortured to the extent of losing consciousness in March of this year. They then put him in a room where the windows were covered with newspapers, so no one could see inside. The next day the guards went there to check, and found Mr. Hu still unconscious without any signs of movement. His eyes were so swollen that he wouldn't have been able to see even if he did regain consciousness.

These facts constitute only part of the complete picture of what happens inside the labor camp. For the past several years, camp authorities have persecuted countless practitioners. They dared to be so cruel because they were carrying out orders issued by Jiang, including "Ruin their reputations, bankrupt them financially, and destroy them physically," and "It is not a crime to beat them to death, just say they committed suicide."

Note:

(1) Cuffing and hanging up - With the hands cuffed together, both feet off or only toes touching the ground, one is hung from a basketball support or the beam of a building by the handcuffs. The hands and arms soon become numb.
