Paris: A Touching Scene on the Champs Elysees

(Clearwisdom.net) Ever since the persecution of Falun Gong started, practitioners have been tirelessly revealing the lies of Jiang Zemin and his associates to let more Chinese people know the truth of the persecution.

When we went to France, we heard that a lot of Chinese people would come to the world famous Champs Elysees. Several dozen practitioners went there at 4 o'clock on the afternoon of January 25 hoping to meet a large number of Chinese people and clarify the truth about the practice and persecution of Falun Gong to them. When we distributed truth-clarifying flyers and VCDs, many people asked for them. When we ran out of the Chinese version, we had to give them the English ones instead. In the end, we gave out all the bookmarks as well. Westerners were also curious and asked for the materials as well.

Some of the Chinese people were afraid to take the materials in front of the crowd. They went to the back of the crowd and asked for the materials from some practitioners in a low voice and said "Thank you." They took the flyers in hand and started to read immediately on the sidewalk. One Chinese person who had just immigrated to France asked anxiously where the practice site was, "If I call today, can I find anybody to tell me the location today?"

We distributed all the materials and went to the place where we had agreed to meet at 6 p.m. We held up Falun Dafa banners and stood on the sidewalk, smiling and waving to the surrounding people who kept on asking questions. Just then, a practitioner started to sing the song "Coming for You," "...Precious Chinese people, please listen to my heart-felt voice..." Dozens of practitioners joined him. The chorus immediately attracted over a hundred people.

We sang one song after another: "Wonderful Falun Dafa" "Coming for You" "Be Saved"...We sang again and again. More and more people stayed as if attracted by a magnetic force. Some practitioners clarified the truth to the crowds while the singing went on. Some showed them the five sets of exercises of Falun Dafa. After every song, the crowds responded enthusiastically. We found that people listened attentively to the song "Coming for You." So we sang it again and again. Some people looked indifferent, but gradually their expressions changed. Some even had tears in their eyes. Both eastern and western people were bathed in the benevolent and righteous atmosphere.
