(Clearwisdom.net) How could we more efficiently reduce resulting losses against Falun Dafa practitioners and end the crimes caused by malicious people who persist in brutally persecuting Falun Gong practitioners in police substations, public security bureaus, forced labor camps, prisons and mental hospitals? We should seriously warn these people by writing them a letter, to the following effect:
"From the reports that have been published about you on Minghui and Clearwisdom Net, it is our sincere hope that you will cease committing violent crimes and stop persecuting innocent Falun Dafa practitioners immediately; otherwise, all our documented records of your criminal conduct will be compiled into flyers to be distributed to your spouse, children, relatives, friends, colleagues and neighbors, as well as to schools and in other public places. We will let the whole city know what you have done, and we will continue to do so. Be very certain that we will keep our word on this."
Through fear of humiliation and shame, perhaps their conscience could be reached. There was an extremely malicious policeman from a forced labor camp. Practitioners mailed him a letter of warning and followed through by exposing his evil conduct throughout his neighborhood. It seems to have achieved a great effect, as he dared not turn on the lights upon returning home.
