Some Cases of Karmic Retribution

Wang Shibo, male, 42, lived in Chenyang City (Ciyutuo in Liaozgong County). His wife practiced Falun Gong, but he was against it and interfered with her practice. His wife went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong and was arrested. Later she was sent to Longshan and Masanjia Forced Labor Camps in Shenyang and received cruel persecution in both mind and body. She couldn't withstand the cruelty and compromised with the evil. When Wang heard his wife had given up Falun Gong practice, he sent a silk banner [a colorful silk banner which is given to the winner of contests or to show appreciation] to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp to express his appreciation.

Then, in the first half of 2003, Wang suddenly died. This example should forewarn people to treat Falun Gong righteously and to treat Falun Gong practitioners with kindness.

Since July 20, 1999 when Jiang's regime initiated the persecution of Falun Gong, Zhang Shikun did his best to follow Jiang's orders. He intruded into homes of Falun Gong practitioners and forced them to sign guarantee statements*. If practitioners refused to write the statement, he would write them himself in order to get credit from his superiors. Afterwards, he would make practitioners squat over the latrine pit. He monitored and conducted surveillance on practitioners to deprive them of their personal freedom. Whenever anything happened, he would it to his superiors to get the reward.

Many times Dafa practitioners clarified the truth to him but he wouldn't listen. He died of lung cancer in 2001. According to people familiar with his situation, the cancer occurred suddenly, and everything happened so quickly that treatment was impossible.

I am a public security cadre in Beijing. After I read Zhuan Falun in 1998, several of my illnesses disappeared in less than twenty days. Dafa left me with an unforgettable impression. When I first began, I had urgently gotten in touch with Dafa practitioners and obtained some of Master Li's new books; I couldn't wait to read them. I am gratified for what Dafa has done for me. Every time I carried out my duty to arrest Dafa practitioners, I always provided them opportunities to escape safely. I also stored the confiscated Dafa books and returned them to practitioners when opportunity permitted. During the peak of SARS, several of my colleagues who had persecuted Dafa practitioners were afflicted with the disease and died a few days later. Some of their family members also died. My family and I were unaffected. I know this was because of my kind treatment of Dafa practitioners.

On May 26, 2003, Nagong police in Hebei Province carried out a large-scale arrest of Dafa practitioners. Several hundred Dafa practitioners were sent to the Public Security Bureau, and property in their households was confiscated illegally. Police extorted money from each of them, ranging from 2,000 to 5,000 yuan**. They sent the steadfast practitioners to the Xingtai Brainwashing School and extorted 50 yuan of daily expenses from each practitioner. Because of their evildoing, policeman Xu Baorong and three of his helpers died from a car accident at the scene. Three others suffered critical injuries and are still being hospitalized.

*A statement declaring that one is remorseful for practicing Falun Gong and guaranteeing that one will not to practice Falun Gong again, nor go to go to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong, and never again associate with any Falun Dafa practitioners.
