(Clearwisdom.net) The end of March is when the cherry trees blossom in Korea. Together with the fresh spring wind, it is the most beautiful time in Korea. On March 28, our Korean Falun Gong practitioners went to Chongju, an ancient city and a most well-known location in Korea, to enjoy the sight of Korea's cherry blossoms. We gave out informational materials about Falun Dafa to the people there and told them about the persecution of Falun Dafa in China.
On that day, a large-scale Korean traditional food festival was going on in Chongju, and attracted a large crowd. The food festival was held outdoors. The place was filled with tents put up for the occasion. In an orderly fashion, people ushered through all the attractions and food vendors. Fellow practitioners passed out Dafa materials at many nooks and crannies in the festival. The Korean people were very kind. Most of them accepted the materials very politely, and some actively asked us for Dafa materials. Especially the children; each child wanted to have one for himself. After reading one of the materials, a gentleman came over and asked if there was a local practice center. In the festival, we also met a group that had come from Shanxi Province, China. We also gave them informational materials in Chinese.
In less than two hours, we passed out about 4,000 pieces of informational materials. At the festival, many people held the informational newspaper in their hands. All of us were very happy to see that those people had a chance to know the truth and Dafa. We are also encouraged. We hope we can do better in telling people the facts about the persecution and in letting more people know Dafa!
