Policemen from Changle County, Shandong Province Severely Injured in a Traffic Accident on Their Way to Illegally Arrest Dafa Practitioners

In September 2003, a group of five policemen from Changle County, Shangdong Province were involved in a traffic accident on their way to Anqiu City to arrest Dafa practitioners. All five policemen, including Hao Chengshan and others, were severely injured and were hospitalized in the People's Hospital of Changle County. Currently some of the policemen, including Qiu Limin, are still home recovering from their injuries. Some were disabled by the accident, and unable to continue their evil doings.

Yao Mingsheng, the former head of the public security committee of Xihu Village, Xugezhuang Town, Fengnan District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, had taken part in the persecution of Dafa practitioners. In October 2000, he was killed instantly when his car collided with a vehicle while on his way back from taking Dafa practitioners to a detention center. In the car was Hu Chunfa, who took over Yao Minghsheng's position after his death. Hu also received a head injury, however he continued persecuting Dafa practitioners after he took over Yao's position. Hu died from a liver disease in harvest season of 2003.

In February 2001, to cooperate with the staged event of "self-immolation on Tiananmen Square," directed by Jiang's regime, the "610 Office"(1) of the central government directly ordered a signature-collection campaign to defame Falun Dafa all over the country. At the time, under the direction of the "610 Office" of Dalian City, Liaoning Province, the campaign was carried out in many large enterprises in Dalian City including the Dalian Machinery Factory, the Dalian Ship Manufacturer, the Dalian Petrochemical Company, and the Dalian Harbor, etc. The campaign was generally directed by the party secretary of the Dalian Scientific Association, Cai Weipan, and poisoned millions of people who were ignorant of the truth of Falun Dafa.

At the time, the party committee of the bureau of Dalian Harbor assigned the task to slander Falun Dafa, and Hu Xiangming, the office head of the Scientific Association of the bureau, implemented it. The Dalian Harbor consequently organized more than 10,000 people to sign on a white cloth of 1.5 meters wide and 100 meters long.

Hu Xiangming died suddenly from a stroke in March 2003.

(1) "610 Office" is an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems.
