(Clearwisdom.net) Former Chinese president Jiang Zemin launched the persecution of Falun Gong in 1999 against 100 million people. Jiang said to "eradicate Falun Gong in three months." He gave the decree that "no law regulates the treatment of Falun Gong practitioners," and "the death of Falun Gong practitioners from beating is nothing and shall be counted as suicide."
