(Clearwisdom.net) 1. [Baishan City, Jilin Province] Policemen in Changchun City's Chaoyanggou
Forced Labor Camp Beat Sun Yufa Unconscious Practitioner Mr. Sun Yufa, 53, from Zhazi Town, Jiangyuan County, Baishan
City, Jilin Province, began practicing Falun Gong in 1997. He is a retired
worker from the Zhazi Coal Mine in the Tonghua Mine Administration Bureau. On
March 22, 2002, police from Linjiang City arrested him and sentenced him to two
years of forced labor. They sent him to the No. 6 Division of Changchun City's
Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp. He was supposed to be released by March 22, 2004,
but his prison term was extended by one month for persisting in his Falun Dafa
practice. Police beat him with wooden clubs about 3 cm thick and 15 cm wide. His
back was severely injured and he fell unconscious. He has still not been
released. 2. [Xiamen, Fujian Province] Wife About to Give Birth; Husband Arrested Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Xu Guoping, a teacher from Xiamen City's
Electronics Professional School, was suddenly arrested a few days ago. His
whereabouts are so far unknown. His arrest came about because of his persistent
belief in Falun Dafa, and for wanting to do a good deed. He wanted to let more
Chinese citizens who are deceived by the vicious lies know the truth of the
persecution and the beauty of Falun Gong. His wife is about to give birth. He
would very much love to be with his wife at this time, and wait for the arrival
of the new life, but he was forcibly taken away from his wife and family. Thus,
he could not fulfill his commitment as a husband, cannot help and comfort his
wife when she needs him, and can't hear his baby's first cry. The person who
persecuted him said that he is too selfish, and only cares about himself but not
his family! How unreasonable and how inhumane this is! What a mockery of the
truth this is! This is a true but cruel story that is happening right in the 21st century in
China. And it is also a miniature example of the tragic experiences of so many
Falun Gong practitioners during the past nearly five years! 3. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Police Arrest Practitioner Wang Haijun Dafa practitioner Mr. Wang Haijun is in his 30s, and has been put into a
forced labor camp for clarifying the facts about Falun Dafa and the persecution.
About 8:25 a.m. on May 8, 2004, several plainclothes and uniformed policemen
abducted him at the bus station near Jilin City's Yuwen Middle School. 4. [Liaozhong County, Liaoning Province] Tai'an County Police Arrest Dafa
Practitioner Dong Zhibing On World Falun Dafa Day, May 13, 2004, I went with two Dafa practitioners
from Liaozhong County to distribute truth-clarifying discs in the two villages
north of Hongmiaozi in Tai'an County, one of which may be Tongjiazi Village. We
started at noon. At around 2:00 p.m. three men and one woman reported us to the
police. Dafa practitioner Dong Zhibin was arrested and is currently being
detained in the Tai'an County Detention Center. Another practitioner and I
managed to escape, but our three bicycles were confiscated. Tai'an County's
Police Department is attempting to force Dong Zhibing to tell them our names. 5. [Changchun, Jilin Province] Dafa Practitioner Sun Xianhua Detained for an
Additional Six Months Because of His/Her Solemn Statement Dafa practitioner Sun Xianhua from Changchun City had declared that his/her
words and deeds under forced brainwashing are null and void. Just because of
this, the Hezuizi Forced Labor Camp illegally extended his/her detention term by
six months. 6. [Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province] Nanshan District Court Sentences Hong
Kong Resident Fu Xueying to Three Years of Imprisonment Fu Xueying is a Hong Kong resident. On October 30, 2003, Fu Xueying
distributed truth-clarifying video disks at the Huifangyuan Residential Area in
Xuefu Road, Nanshan District. She started on the 32nd floor. At the 5th floor a
security guard discovered her. When the guard arrested her, she handed the bag
with the remaining disks to another woman who escaped successfully, but left the
bag on the stairs of the 4th floor. During the morning of May 12, 2004, Nanshan District Court sentenced Fu
Xueying to three years of imprisonment, to be served from October 30, 2003 to
