Making Progress at the San Francisco Minghui School Summer Camp (Photos)

(clearwisdom.net) From June 19 to 25, the San Francisco Bay Area Minghui School held a summer camp that received warm welcome from both parents and children. Over 20 young practitioners ranging in ages from 5 to 15 years old had a memorable seven days.

Every day in the summer camp, the young practitioners sent forth righteous thoughts, recited "Lunyu," read Teacher's "Grand Poems," practiced the exercises and studied the Fa together in groups. When studying the Fa, the students separated into three groups. The largest group was for students 10 to 15 years old. They read through Zhuan Falun in one week. The next group was for students aged 7 to 10 years old. The teacher led the reading of Zhuan Falun, and they read two chapters in one week. The small student group was for students from 5 to 7 years old. They listened to Master's lectures.

Every day, all the students did one hour of the standing exercises in the morning, and one hour of the sitting meditation in the afternoon. One five-year-old girl could sit in the full lotus position in meditation. The parents noticed that their children had made obvious progress in their cultivation.
