Germany: On United Nations International Day in Support of Victims of Torture, Falun Gong Practitioners in Munich Expose the Crimes of Jiang's Group (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On United Nations International Day in Support of Victims of Torture, practitioners from Munich and nearby areas held a picture exhibition in Karlsplatz Square, a renowned tourist area, to expose the horrific torture carried out by Jiang's group in its persecution of Falun Gong. A banner reading, "Bring Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Liu Jing and Zhou Yongkang to Justice" was hung up. Many passers-by and visitors stopped to watch. They were all shocked by the brutality of the persecution and many of them signed our petition to "Bring Jiang Zemin to justice." There were also a lot of tourist groups from Mainland China who took pictures, particularly of the banner.

During the past five years, Jiang's regime has used all kinds of methods to force Falun Gong practitioners to give up their belief in "Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance." Jiang has wasted a great amount of money, material resources and manpower to reach his goals. Practitioners who have been detained in labor camps, prisons, mental hospitals and detention centers have experienced all sorts of torture methods to force them to give up their belief in "Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance." Brutal tortures include painful handcuffing, electric shocks, burning, being tied up and beaten, inserting bamboo sticks under the fingernails, brutal force-feeding, injection with nerve-damaging medicines and drugs, and forced hard labor.

News of Falun Gong practitioners' deaths in this persecution emerge almost every day. On the day that this article was written, the Minghui website published six death cases: Meng Qingxia and Zhang Jianghua were from Jilin, Wang Jinzhong from Liaoning, Wang Shujun from Hebei, Bi Guohua from Shandong and Liu Xiaodong from Heilongjiang. Zhang Jianhua died on a static bed - a torture tool in Jilin prison; 32-year old Liu Xiaodong died in Beian City Prison in Heilongjiang; Wang Jinzhong died on June 14 in Shenyang Tiexi Detentiion Center; Meng Qingxia was abducted by the police and sent to Changchun Heizuizi Labor Camp; her health was bad due to the abuse she was subjected to, she became dehydrated and was eventually tortured to death; Hebei Wang Shujun was tortured to death on June 20 in Handan City brainwashing class. He was just thirty-six years old when he died.

Karlsplatz Square is located in the main shopping area, an extremely busy area. People flood onto the square in an endless stream. Quite a few visitors were from Mainland China. Some of them did not hesitate to accept the truth-clarifying materials handed out by practitioners, some of them even talked to practitioners to learn more about the situation and some indicated that they were sympathetic to Falun Gong practitioners. An owner of a Chinese restaurant in Munich also showed his support for the practitioners.
