By stepping forward and bringing Chen Zhili, a primary accomplice in Jiang Zemin's persecution of Falun Gong, to justice, a small country like Tanzania has established a precedent among the number of global lawsuits against Jiang's regime. The impact on other larger countries is significant. If Dafa practitioners can inform the governments, media, non-governmental organizations, and the public worldwide about the lawsuit, it will have a greater impact in our truth clarification than the actual legal process. The process of widely spreading news of this lawsuit is the process of saving sentient beings.

Ning: I have traveled for several weeks around the African continent. From the moment of our arrival, our thinking and understanding has continuously changed concerning the effect of our present efforts and their importance in the Fa-rectification. In my understanding, Africa is a particularly important place at the moment. If we are successful, it may represent a breakthrough in the overall Fa-rectification effort.

Although African countries are generally poor, their legal systems mirror the western systems in form and substance. In contrast to China, the news media and legal practices are relatively independent of governmental functions. If we do well in spreading Falun Gong and clarifying the truth of the persecution, especially to the legal sector, then this lawsuit may not be the only one filed in the African countries.

Members of the black race in Africa hold strong opinions concerning human rights. Many years of continuous human rights battles have formed a strong righteous field. They are poor, but their spirit is strong. Their resolve is very strong when it comes to human rights, and their social environment is suitable for fostering and maintaining human rights.

People here are kind, and pay great attention to spirituality. It is very easy for them to believe, understand, and support the belief in and pursuit of spirituality. Once they recognize the severity and basis of the persecution of a belief system, they are naturally willing to stand up and give support.

We believe that it is imperative to create a suitable environment, righteous field, and correct understanding of Falun Dafa among the populace. This must be accomplished by distributing truth-clarification materials, spreading the truth, forums, etc. If we grasp this opportunity and speak to the human rights lawyers in every African country, uniting them together, a very strong righteous factor in the human world will be established.

Chinese delegates often visit African countries. If we can learn their schedules and associated criminal facts, we can sue them individually, one after the other. Eventually, those depraved people won't be able to travel to Africa. It would be a shock to them and have a detrimental effect on such travel.

Ai: After we held a session at a university, students were moved and very enthusiastic. They are willing to step forward and spread the news about the preciousness of Falun Dafa and the viciousness of the persecution. More than 50 people have registered for a class we plan to teach on Thursday.

Some people heard that Falun Gong is banned in China, but they did not understand the reason behind the persecution. After they learned the truth, they were shocked about the severity of the persecution. Students are relatively pure and righteous, and especially sensitive to the persecution of a belief system. If they understand the truth and take action, it will have a positive influence on everyday people.

Ning: Falun Dafa can rectify everything, changing the bad to good. What we are doing here is denying the arrangements of the old forces. Given that their arrangements are degenerate, or, maybe there are two sides to the coin, and they are at an advantage in this matter. For example, when the African people are given the chance, it is easy for them to accept and learn Falun Gong. Also, the old forces' factors have dwindled to just a few, they are more interested in other places, and they are unable to take control. If we can rectify it and thoroughly reverse the evil influence on the environment, it may possibly become one of the essential pieces of the entire breakthrough.

I once thought that since Africans are kind, their enlightenment is not poor, and they are eager to learn the Fa, then why has it taken so long? Now, because of the South Africa shooting incident, and perhaps because the celestial climate has changed, the old forces are in no position to deal with it. In addition, what we have done has already rejected the old forces' arrangements. As long as we continue, the result will turn out different. They are less polluted by the modern world. If we fill them with gold, then they will become gold.

For example, let's look at the lawsuit against Chen Zhili. At first the accused did not pay attention to the law here, and did not consider that Africa's court would stand up for what is right. If there are a few more such cases, the impact could be enormous.

We do not think that it should be done by only a few of us on the African continent. Support from around the world is very necessary. Regarding how we can do well with limited manpower, resources, and overall coordination, an overall plan appears to be of high importance.
