Dafa Practitioner Mr. Xie Zhaoming from Chongqing City Tortured to Death

(Clearwisdom.net) Mr. Xie Zhaoming was a 50-year-old laid off worker from Hongxing Printing House in Jiangjin, Chongqing City. He learned to practice Falun Dafa in 1997. Because he used his cell phone to send out text messages to people to clarify the truth of the persecution, he was flagged by the internet monitoring and targeted by the police for surveillance. In 2003, he was arrested and thrown into Jiangjin Detention Center. On June 1, 2004, he was sentenced to five years in prison. On July 13, 2004, he was sent to Yongchuan Prison. Because he refused to renounce his belief in Falun Dafa, he was tortured to death by the authorities in the Detention Center on July 28, 2004.
