I am writing to you about an incident reported to me by a concerned constituent of mine. On June 28, 2004 there was a drive-by shooting somewhere en-route from the Johannesburg airport to Pretoria that allegedly targeted a Falun Gong Practitioner, David Liang. There is concern that this was a premeditated attack by hit men hired by the Chinese government. If this allegation is indeed the truth, I am urging the South African government to condemn this act of violence, to conduct an investigation and to bring the perpetrators to justice.

Could you please address this issue and respond to my constituency office?
