(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Cheng Qiaoyun, living at the No. 9 Oil Extraction Plant in Daqing City, was an employee of Jiulong Corporation. Because she held firm to her belief in Falun Dafa and lived as a good person according to the requirements of Dafa, she was sentenced to two years in prison. Her prison term expired on May 27, 2004. When her brother went to the prison to bring her back, he was turned away. Soon, Zhang Guojun and Liu Xiping, officers in the Daqing City "610 Office," in collusion with Li Xiuen and Liu Xinglin (Secretaries of Jiulong Corporation), Zhang Jianguo (Party Secretary of a subsidiary company of Jiulong Corporation), and Han Yuhui and Xu Guohua (officers in the Labor Union of Jiulong Corporation) abducted Ms. Cheng and sent her to Hongweixing Brainwashing Class in Daqing. Later, she was sent to a detention center for fifteen days, and then was brought back to the brainwashing class. In this way, the authorities tortured Ms. Cheng repeatedly until she was close to death. After Ms. Cheng was sent to the hospital for several days of emergency treatment, those wicked persons then brought her back and continued to torture her. Forty days later, having suffered all kinds of mental and physical tortures, Ms. Cheng's mind became unclear. She would eat rice with sand in it, didn't say a single word, and didn't sleep the whole night. The guards also beat and severely injured her hands. Ms. Cheng eventually became unable to walk and was taken away by a police officer. Her current whereabouts are unknown.

In Daqing, the oil city of China, the authorities have so openly trampled on human rights and human beliefs! We have searched for Ms. Cheng both day and night for over twenty days without hearing anything about her. Ms. Cheng's father, seventy-seven years old and an old official of the Communist Party and member of the Party for fifty-seven years, appealed for Ms. Cheng but didn't get any reply. He has become ill and relies on taking medicine every day. His only wish being to see his beloved daughter one day. Ms. Cheng's mother, an elderly woman with grey hair, cries to herself all the day, mumbling constantly, "My only daughter, please come back soon!"

We ask all kind-hearted throughout the world people, as well as international human rights organizations, to please extend a hand and help us stop the persecution.
