On June 11, 2004, Director Li Fuquan and Assistant Director Chen Jixiang of the Toudaohe Township Police Substation took Yan Guoguang from Yanjiatun and Chang Fenghua from Toudaohe Village to the brainwashing class in Jinzhou City after deceiving them.

On the evening of June 15, Li Fuquan, together with other policemen, illegally arrested Tian Zhendong, Wang Yinfeng and Song Hongzhang, who had gone to appeal for Falun Dafa.

At around 10:00 am on July 16, Ms. Chu Jinping, a 57-year-old practitioner from Shizhuzi Village of Shishan Town, Linghai City, was caring for some children at home. Policemen from the Linghai Public Security Bureau unlawfully broke in and arrested her. Currently she is being detained in the Linghai Detention Center. The police confiscated all of her Falun Dafa literature without a warrant.

Gao Yuxia, a Falun Dafa practitioner from Zhengzhou City, was reported to police while distributing truth-clarifying materials at Fengchanlu Road. Around 8:00 pm on July 12, 2004, "610" (1) policemen abducted her and took her to the Fengchanlu Police Substation. They immediately went to search her apartment but found nothing. After that, they unlawfully took her to the Jinshui District Detention Center in Heizhuang.

On the evening of December 29, 2004, Ms. Wei Xiuying, a retired employee from the China Petroleum Exploration Bureau East Geophysics Company in Zhuozhou City, received a phone call from Zhu Ping, the apartment manager where she lives, to pick up her pay statement. Wei Xiuying went to Zhu Ping's apartment on the second floor. When she left his apartment with her pay statement, she was arrested by four policemen. She is currently being detained at the Baoding Detention Center.

Ms. Zheng Guihua, 49 years old, is a family member of an employee from the Huanghe No.4 Drilling Company of the Shengli Petroleum Field. At around 8:00 pm on July 4, she was abducted by Shengbei policemen and security guards of the drilling company near their home. The next day, her home was illegally searched. Falun Dafa books and materials were found in her basement and confiscated without a search warrant. Zhang Hua, a security guard from the No.4 Drilling Company, was mainly responsible for the arrest. Presently, Zheng Guihua's whereabouts are unknown.

On July 16, 2004, Tao Yongguo, a Falun Dafa practitioner from Harbin City, Mulan County, was reported to police while clarifying the truth of Falun Dafa to people in the area. Around 9:00 pm, several policemen from the Mulan County Public Security Bureau broke into Tao Yongguo's home and forcibly arrested him. He has been detained at the No.2 Detention Center in Mulan County, where he is on hunger strike to protest the illegal detention.

Ms. Sun Shufeng, who works for the No.1 Vehicle Manufacturer of Changchun City, was abducted for distributing truth-clarifying materials in the Nanling Residential Area. Police from the Nanguan Police Substation took her to the Changchun No.3 Detention Center at Shuangyang District. Another female practitioner in her thirties was also arrested at the same time and is at the same center. They are being subjected to torture during their detention.

Five Falun Dafa practitioners detained in Fusong Detention House are being tortured.

Mr. Gao Han, who was arrested for distributing truth-clarifying materials, was subjected to all kinds of torture methods. He has been beaten and interrogated for over ten days.

Ms. Yin Jun, 26 years old, was arrested in a computer lab. In April 2002, she was sentenced to three years of forced labor by the Songjianghe Forestry Bureau after she was arrested at a Falun Gong materials production site. She was detained in the Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp in Changchun City. At the end of 2003, her life was in great danger due to the severity of the torture she suffered. In order to avoid responsibility, the labor camp informed her family members to pick her up. After she went back home, she insisted on studying the Fa and doing the exercises and quickly recovered. In April 2004, Yin Jun was arrested a second time in a computer lab. Currently she is being detained at the Fusong Detention Center. She is on hunger strike in protest of her detention. Her life is great danger again.

A practitioner whose last name is Qiao was abducted while distributing truth-clarifying materials by a part-time worker hired temporarily by the Lushuihe Public Security Bureau.

Ms. Wang Zhiping from Quanyang was abducted from her home.

Ms. Wu Shuwen, 33 years old, lives in Team Seven housing in Qiantang Town, Hechuan City. In the spring of 2001, she was forcibly taken away by Director Wang Desheng and others of the Qiantang Town Police Substation when she was working at the brick plant. She was handcuffed to a metal bed and not given food for 24 hours. The next afternoon, she was sent to the Shiqiaokan Detention Center of the Hechuan Public Security Bureau, where she was kept in custody for 15 days.

At noon one day before the 2002 Spring Festival, Meng Xiaolin, director of local police substation, broke into Wu Shuwen's home and abducted her. She was immediately taken to the Hechuan Detention House, where she was detained for two months. Then she was transferred to the Family Planning Service Center in Qiantang Town, where she was detained for nearly a month. She wasn't released until late April. Wu Shuwen suffered much both physically and spiritually during this detention.

At the Dragon Boat Festival of 2004, policemen from the local police station once again searched her home and confiscated 200 yuan in cash and two radios without a warrant. Then they sent her to the Hechuan Public Security Bureau, but the Bureau refused to accept her. They returned her to Qiantang Town, where she is being detained again in the Family Planning Service Center.
