Retired Teacher Ms. Shi Shulan Is Missing after Appealing for Falun Dafa


(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Shi Shulan is a 50-year-old retired teacher who resided in Milan Hongli Garden on Fuxing Street in Hongqiao District, Tianjin City. She taught art in the Xinanjiao High School (now combined with the 49th Middle School) in Tianjin.

Before practicing Falun Dafa, Shi Shulan suffered from many diseases. The most severe disease that influenced her daily life was myasthenia (muscular debility). She also suffered from something very similar to hypoglycemia, and she would pass out at the onset of the illness. Since she began practicing Falun Dafa, the symptoms of her illnesses completely disappeared and she was full of energy. People who knew her said that she completely changed.

When the persecution of Falun Dafa started, Shi Shulan was detained for one month for appealing in Beijing.

Later, Shi Shulan left home at ten o'clock in the morning on a Monday, and she has not been seen since. The property in her house was confiscated on the day of her disappearance. On the day when the police ransacked her home, a policeman ordered her neighbor to take Shi Shulan's child upstairs. Ms. Shi's husband had passed away and only her son stayed at home with her. Her son did not know where she was and the neighbor had to take care of him everyday. There was constantly someone following the son, preventing other practitioners from helping him.

There is a possibility that Shi Shulan was abducted by the police in Hongqiao District, Tianjin City.
