The Golden Key

(Clearwisdom.net) After I came in contact with Falun Gong and its teachings, and started to practice the exercises and follow "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance," I began to understand the origins of many amazing events that people have marveled at throughout history. One such example is that of turning stone into gold at just a touch of the hand. It is unthinkable that such a myth has come true and has been verified by modern science. It was in May of 1993 that I attended the medical treatment class conducted by the China Qigong (1) Practice Institute. During the course, the director of the institute personally addressed us. He mentioned that he has met a high-level qigong master who was spreading the Buddha Fa (Buddha Law). After scientific verification, it was confirmed that he had very powerful capabilities. The director gave us an account of the incident.

He met this great qigong master at the National Qigong Association. To verify the qigong master's capabilities, the director, who had only a key with him, asked: "Can you transform the composition of this key?" The qigong master simply answered: "No problem!" The key was then handed to the great qigong master and in a flash, it was returned to the director.

When he examined the key, he could not believe his eyes! "In a flash," he told us, "he transformed it into a shining gold key!"

To establish the composition of the key, the director immediately took it to the Metal Testing Laboratory of the Science Institute, where the laboratory personnel spent the night determining the composition of the key. Instruments indicated that the atomic composition of the key was that of gold, and was very pure and stable. Thereafter, over a period of 24 hours it gradually reverted to its original form -- copper.

The director produced the report of the scientific test for all of us in the class to read. When I was handed the report, I saw the instrument's readings and the concluding remarks for the test.

The director added further that the great master was mainly teaching the Buddha Law, and can resolve problems of the students who have spirit or animal possession that exist in other dimensions. I was also told that he could resolve various other problems of those students who have reached a high level in their cultivation. (This great master was the founder of Falun Gong, Mr. Li Hongzhi.) Upon hearing this, we were all very excited. We felt that there was now hope for people to practice in a truly great cultivation way, to enable one to reach a high level. Many people indicated that they would start to practice Falun Gong. The director then taught us the five sets of Falun Gong exercises.

All of us sat leisurely and relaxed in the meditation posture to the tune of the music composed for Falun Gong. We felt a great harmonious and benevolent energy field.

One time during my meditation, I was carried by a powerful force into another dimension composed of energy that was flashing with red and gold colors, which were magnificently radiant. My body felt peaceful and harmonious. It was a feeling of total freedom from any worries, something that I had never felt before. I felt as if I had returned to my original home.

It was such an amazing scene and a magnificent sight. The dimension was tremendously vast, an environment completely different to humans. My main consciousness had traveled to a heavenly place for an hour when my meditation ended. This was something that I had never experienced before in my previous qigong practice. It was truly amazing!

The director had provided me with everything to enable me to accept the Fa (2) and to start cultivating in Falun Gong. Although Falun Gong is now being persecuted, I have never wavered in my belief. I thoroughly believe in the truth, and I am not afraid that I will make a mistake in this area. As day shall follow night, likewise I will certainly follow the path that I have used my life to verify. I firmly believe that the facts will one day be verified by science, contradicting all of the lies that Jiang Zemin and his regime are spreading about Falun Gong.

The golden key did not only show the power of a great qigong master; it contained an opportunity that has been hidden for eons! It was the key that opened the gate to the heavens, which occurs but once in countless millennia. It had provided a ladder to heaven for mankind, and has shown them the most brilliant and amazing prospect for reaching true happiness and freedom. It opened the dust-covered lock of my heart. The unexpected incident allowed me to see the principles of the truth of the universe. I now understand that the true meaning of my life is to have found Teacher Li, to receive the righteous Fa and to be a genuine practitioner!

After coming into contact with the story of the golden key, I started to cultivate in Falun Gong the following year.
