The head of Yuanweiqi Town Police Station died of car accident

Chen Peng, head of Yuanweiqi Town Police Station in Shandanxian County, Gansu Province had persecuted Falun Dafa practitioners. He personally beat many practitioners and brutally beat an old practitioner in his seventies and slapped his face. Practitioner Qian Shiguang was brutally beaten by him and after the beating Qian Shiguang's hair fell all over the ground. Chen Peng frequently led some police to climb over walls and break into homes to threaten and monitor Falun Dafa practitioners. Due to his vicious means, some old people who had some experience with the police would often lose consciousness upon hearing "police head Chen has arrived," and trembled with fear.

On August 12, 2004 while he was chasing people who were on their way to appeal, Chen Peng died of an automobile accident.

The head of Yongchang County Court, Gansu Province was paid with retribution and died

The head of Yongchang County Court, Shi Duoying, was 48 years old. He had sentenced more than one dozen Falun Dafa practitioners to imprisonment. On September 3, 2004 he died of a motorcycle accident.

Police of Xiaoling Township Police Station, A'cheng City, Heilongjiang Province persecuted Falun Dafa practitioners and were repaid with retribution

On August 15, 2004, Liu Yushuang, the head of Xinping Village in Xiaoling Township reported some Falun Dafa practitioners who were distributing truth clarifying materials. Liu Yushuang ganged up with Xiaoling Township Police Station policeman Liu Haichun and they both stirred up the villagers who did not know the truth and kidnapped several practitioners. The practitioners were detained in the detention centers and persecuted. After that event, Liu Haichun had a dispute with some people for some trivial issue when he was eating in a restaurant; he was beaten to death in a fight with those people.

He Guomin, the head of Xishui City Broadcast and TV Broadcast Department, Hubei Province met with retribution for his corruption

Since 1999, the head of Xishui City Broadcast and TV Broadcast Department He Guomin closely followed Jiang's faction. He spared no effort to persecute Falun Gong by broadcasting many TV programs that defamed Falun Dafa on Xishui TV station.

In early September 2004, due to him withholding some retirees' salaries, he was reported by the retirees. He Guomin was expelled from his position for his corruption and accepting bribery.

Editor's note: Each time we publish news of this nature, we do so with heavy hearts. These people started off as public servants, but under the intense pressure applied by the Jiang regime, they were pushed into persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners. In the process of destroying the lives of kind, law-abiding citizens, they have sealed their own fates and inevitably faced karmic retribution as punishment. If it weren't for Jiang's wicked orders, perhaps their fates would've been different.
