Yong was a member of Chengdu City Standing Committee and head of the Chengdu Propaganda Bureau in Sichuan Province. Since he was promoted to become a member of the Standing Committee and the head of Chengdu Propaganda Bureau in 2002, he has closely followed Jiang's regime and suppressed kindhearted Falun Gong practitioners for Jiang's faction. He started rumors to defame Falun Dafa and misinform the general public. He fully believed he could take this opportunity to make rapid advances in his career. However, he was arrested by authorities at the end of August 2004 because he was suspected of taking a large number of bribes.

Xu Lixin is the former head of the Political Section of the Handan Factory in Xiangfan City, Hubei Province. He wanted wholeheartedly to climb to a higher position. In December 2000, he forced three Falun Dafa practitioners from the Handan Factory into a brainwashing center. A month later, the three practitioners broke out. Before long, two of them were taken away by the police of the Tanxi Police Station.

In the summer of 2001, Xu Lixin suffered from an odd illness. He spent tens of thousands of dollars healing the illness. However, the incision from his surgery did not heal for several months. His parents went to beg Falun Dafa practitioners and said: "We know we are wrong. Please ask your Master to forgive him!" Practitioners said: "Our Master is most compassionate and does not punish him. However, whoever persecutes Falun Dafa and Falun Dafa practitioners is working against the course of nature. However, if you truly repent and repair your wrongdoings, you will have hope." Xue Lixin knew he did evil things to practitioners, and he wished he could mend his ways with his whole heart.

After the people in charge of the Longquan District conducted large-scale persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners many times, they carried out another large-scale persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners in May 2004. Now, some of them have been rewarded with bad things happening in their lives.

Gang Jiquan, the former secretary of Longquan District's Committee, was promoted to secretary before July 20, 1999. He held this position until the second half of 2003. During this time, he actively followed Jiang's faction and persecuted Falun Gong practitioners. Now, he has been arrested due to corruption.

Tang Rongxing, Head of Longquan District, was said to have committed suicide by jumping from the top of a building after he was investigated. Since the whole economic case has not reached a conclusion, the information is now blocked.

Tang Chengbin, the former secretary of Longquan District's Discipline Committee and the current chairman of Longquan District's Political Consultative Committee, has been detained due to corruption.

Jiang Xingming, the secretary of Longquan Town's Party Committee in Longquan District, has been detained due to corruption.

Qiu Shaoping, the director of Longquan District's Human Resources Bureau, has been detained due to corruption.

Su Qiongzhen, the deputy head of Longquan District, has been detained due to corruption.

Ning Dehuai, the dean of Longquan District's Procuratorate, was arrested due to corruption and now is sentenced to life imprisonment. (He illegally sentenced Falun Dafa practitioners. His younger brother, Ni Decai, accompanied by Chen Liangjun and Zhang Wenxiang, actively persecutes Falun Dafa practitioners in Xinglong Township, Longquan District.)

Xu Xiajin, the director of Longquan District's Finance Bureau, has been detained due to corruption. (He persecuted Zhu Min, a Falun Dafa practitioner in his working unit.)

Editor's note: Each time we publish news of this nature, we do so with heavy hearts. These people started off as public servants, but under the intense pressure applied by the Jiang regime, they were pushed into persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners. In the process of destroying the lives of kind, law-abiding citizens, they have sealed their own fates and inevitably faced karmic retribution as punishment. If it weren't for Jiang's wicked orders, perhaps their fates would've been different.
