Ning Yongbing, the head of the Yangmulin Town Police Station of Dongfeng County, joined in the persecution and extortion of Falun Gong practitioners since July 1999. His performance in persecuting Falun Gong was recognized by his superior authorities and he was promoted to the head of Tangshan Street Police Station. One day, when he was fishing, he accidentally threw his fishhook onto a high voltage electric wire and died immediately from electric shock.

Fei Jingeng, the General Director and the Secretary of the Communist Party Committee of Southern Huitong Limited Corporation, also called Dulayin Auto Factory, has since July 20, 1999 closely followed Jiang's regime and the local "610 Office" in brutally persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. Practitioners working in this Factory have been sent to forced labor camps, violently sent to brainwashing centers, dismissed from the Factory, or forced to leave home and wander in the streets. In May 2003, he signed an agreement with the local "610 Office" guaranteeing that all practitioners in this factory would be completely "transformed" by the end of December 2003. On November 28, 2003, Ling Yongbing sent practitioner Ms. Pei Xiu to the Guizhou Women's Forced Labor Camp.

On December 24, 2003, Fei Jinggeng died in a car accident at 7:50 a.m. Another person, who joined in persecuting practitioner Liu Anning, was severely wounded and sent to the emergency room of a hospital.

Yuan Weihua, the General Director of Finance, had one of the bones in his arm broken caused by his falling from a bicycle. Zhang Wenfa, the Secretary of the Party Committee, sprained his back when he was playing badminton. He was then sent to a hospital for surgery. He has not resumed his work yet after a few months of treatment. Zhao Jianbing, the vice head of the Electric Power Bureau, suffered from a severe car accident when he was driving on the highway. He has been sent to the emergency room of a hospital.

But because she feared losing her job, she still kept on brutally persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. She first suffered breast cancer and then developed liver cancer. She died on July 18, 2004. People commented privately, "Such people pursue their job positions at the expenses of their lives. Now their job positions are useless."

Yang Anguo, working at Huangjiao Police Station, has been physically healthy. Since July 1999, he closely followed Jiang's regime persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. He then suffered a sudden attack from lung cancer. He died two months ago.
