Ling; No Updated Information Available Practitioner Ms. Wang Ling, 57 years old, from Tieling City, Liaoning
Province, was fiendishly tortured after she was arrested and taken to the
Masanjia Forced Labor Camp, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. The guards locked
her up in a small cell on the fourth floor of a building for over ten days. The
wind blew in from both ends of the place where she was detained. At the end of
November 2003 it was very cold. There was a Tiger Bench in her cell. The
guards tied Wang Ling to the Tiger Bench and shackled her feet. Wang Ling
was chilled till she was on the brink of death. Later she was sent to another
place for detention. Her whereabouts are unknown. 2. [Qingyuan County, Liaoning Province] Arrest of Practitioner Ge Weidong During the afternoon of August 23, the chief officer of Xiajiabao Town's
Police Office in Qingyuan County, Liaoning Province, headed a group of policemen
and local "610 Office" personnel to practitioner Mr. Ge Weidong's home. They
ransacked Ge's home and arrested him. Several policemen carried the handcuffed

86-413-3670119 3. [Dandong City, Liaoning Province] Arrest of Practitioner Xie Xinying In July 2002, practitioner Ms. Xie Xinying was arrested and detained at the
police station. She was tortured in a metal cage for seven hours before she had
an opportunity to walk away with the power of her righteous thoughts. At 5:00
p.m. on August 10, 2004, personnel from the Security Department arrested her
again. 4. [Chongqing City] Arrest of Three Practitioners Practitioner Ms. Wang Min, Wang Yunwu and their mother Dr. Zhou from
Chongqing City disappeared three days ago. Fellow practitioners found their
rooms were ransacked, but their whereabouts are unknown. It is possible that
they have been arrested. 5. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] Arrest of Wu Qingxia and Li Fengqiu from
the Taihe District At 8:00 p.m. on August 6, 2004, officers from the Nu'erhe Police Precinct
arrested practitioner Ms. Wu Qingxia from Jinchangbu Village, Nu'erhe Township,
Taihe District in Jinzhou City. She has not been released as of this time.
Police confiscated Dafa books from her house. At around 7:30 p.m. August 8, 2004, someone reported practitioner Ms. Li
Fengqiu from Qiaoxi, the Taihe District, Jinzhou City to police and afterwards,
three officers from Taihe District's Xiaolingzi Police Precinct arrested her.
According to her family, she has been delivered to the Masanjia Forced Labor
Camp. 6. [Nanning City, Guangxi Autonomous Region] Zeng Liufeng is Sentenced to
Forced Labor; the Forced Labor Camp Blocks the Information During the morning of July 6, 2004, practitioner Ms. Zeng Liufeng and her
daughter from Nanning City, Guangxi Autonomous Region went to distribute
truth-clarifying materials and CDs in a community nearby. Someone reported them.
Officers from the Changgangling Police Precinct put handcuffs on Zeng and took
her to the precinct. At around 10:30 p.m. personnel from the National Security
Team sent her to a detention center, in violation of the Chinese constitution. On August 9, 2004, after her family inquired everywhere, they knew that Zeng
Liufeng was sent to the Guangxi Autonomous Region's Forced Labor Camp. The camp
administration is currently blocking any and all information. 7. [Acheng City, Heilongjiang Province] Illegal Arrest of 20 Practitioners During the evening of August 15, more than 20 practitioners from Harbin City
and Acheng City in Heilongjiang Province were arrested in Xiaoling Town. They
are now being held in Acheng City's Police Department. 8. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] Illegal Arrest of Three Practitioners
From Jinzhou City Oil Refinery; Their Whereabouts Are Unknown At around 8;00 a.m. on August 12, Dafa practitioner Wang Yibao from Jinzhou
City Oil Refinery, Liaoning Province, was entrapped and arrested at the local
police precinct. That same day, practitioners Ma Chunhua and Chen Guilan from
the same factory were arrested at home. Their homes were ransacked and their
whereabouts are unknown. 9. [Laiwu City, Shandong Province] Liu Kongyu Is Arrested at Home Practitioner Mr. Liu Kongyu, in his 40s, from Quanzigou Village, Yangli Town,
Laiwu City, lives in Xiaocao Village in an urban area. During the morning of
August 7 he was suddenly arrested at home. Afterwards, police ransacked his
home. We found out that Liu Kongyu is currently being held in Laiwu City's
Detention Center. Another practitioner who was at his home at the moment was

Police Department, Laiwu City: 5961678 (home) 10. [Laiwu City, Shandong Province] Illegal Arrest of Pang Jihai and being
Held in a Detention Center Dafa practitioner Pang Jihai, about 40 years old, used to work at the
Security Section for the Lianyun Building Materials (Group) Factory in Laiwu
City. He lives in the Dongsheng Village. On August 7 or 8 he disappeared.
Recently it was heard that he is being held at Laiwu City's Detention Center. 11. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Illegal Arrest of Guo Yanping from the
Shenhe District On July 27, 2004, Dafa practitioner Guo Yanping from the Nanta Area, Shenhe
District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, was captured and taken to the
Zhangshi Brainwashing Center for mental torment. 12. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] After Dafa Practitioner Chen Meijun Is
Released from a Forced Labor Camp, She Is Sent to a Brainwashing Center for
Further Torment Dafa practitioner Ms. Chen Meijuan from Changchun City was released from
Changchun City's Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp on August 11, 2004, but was
immediately sent to the Xinglongshan Brainwashing Center for further torment and
mistreatment because she refused to give up her belief in Falun Dafa. 13. [Jinzhou City, Hebei Province] Illegal Incarceration of Three Dafa
Practitioners at the Jinzhou City Police Department Detention Section During the night of May 19, 2004, Dafa practitioners Mr. Lei Jiangtao (a
graduate student) and Mr. Gu Liqiang were forcibly thrown into a police car.
They have since been illegally held at the detention center of Jinzhou City's
Police Department. On May 21, 2004, Dafa practitioner Ms. Liu Changmiao was arrested and taken
to Jinzhou City's Police Department when she was clarifying the truth about
Falun Gong. She has since been incarcerated at the detention center of Jinzhou
