Falun Gong Practitioners Participate in Malaysia's National Day Parade (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On August 31, 2004 (National Day), Falun Gong practitioners in Sandakan, Sabah, Malaysia were invited by the local government to participate in the National Day parade. The practitioners were invited because they performed well in Challenge Day parade held the year before and were highly praised by local government officials.

After rehearsing three times, 134 entries participated in the parade. During the rehearsal, the Falun Gong group won warm applause and cheering from spectators. The practitioners were also praised while walking past the main stage. The host announced, "Falun Gong (Falun Dafa) ...They follow the principle of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, and it enables every person to be a good citizen."

The practitioners faced many difficulties and made great efforts to participate in the parade. Falun Dafa has walked in the human world for13 years. People outside of China still have misunderstandings of Falun Gong to different extents due to the Chinese Communist Party and Jiang regime's slander and defamation of Falun Gong for the past five years. Practitioners have been using various ways to introduce Falun Dafa to the public so that more people are able to learn the truth.
