The Atrocities Committed at Xuchang City Third Forced Labor Camp: Practitioners Tortured and Forced to Make Hairpieces for American-Based Company (Re-enactment Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) The Third Forced Labor Camp of Xuchang City, Henan Province, persecutes Falun Dafa practitioners. The chief director is Yan Zhenye. The deputy director was Qu Shuangcai, who was later transferred and became the chief director of the 'ShiBaili He' Women's Forced Labor Camp, where he introduced the hairpiece processing industry, forcing practitioners there to do even more agonizing work.

The "Rui Beika" Hair Production Ltd. Corporation's permanent office is in America. Qu Shuangcai changed his name to Qu Hongcai when he arrived at the 'ShiBaili He' Women's Forced Labor Camp. Shortly after his arrival, three female practitioners were persecuted to death. When Qu left there, Jiang Zemin's regime promoted the deputy director of the 'ShiBaili He' Women's Forced Labor Camp to replace him and keep up the persecution. Mr. Liu, director of the Bureau of the Forced Labor Camps of Henan Province, often visited the "ShiBaili He" to supervise the persecution.

Ren Gaoqinag, head of the Education Sector; Dong Jianchao and Li Xingjie, director and deputy director of the Education and Transformation Office; Shi Baolong, leader of the Third Brigade; the deputy leader of the Third Brigade; Tan Junming, chief captain; Zhao Zhiming and Jia Zhigang, captains; and Shen Jianwei, political director are all very brutal in carrying out the persecution.

Practitioners Yao Sanzhong and Li Jian were tortured to death. Wang Yukun was beaten and had a leg broken, and Pang Liang was tortured until his arms were almost crippled.

Torture: Bake the Whole Sheep

Camp authorities condoned the torture of practitioners when deception and persuasion proved to be ineffective in "transforming" them. Many steadfast practitioners were tortured to the brink of death in August 2002, May 2003 and March 2004. They included Wang Lei, a practitioner from Zhoukou City; Zhao Yongzhong from Mengzhou City; Li Jingke from Tanghe City; Pang Liang from Jinzhou City; Yu Caiyun and Pen Hongyan from Yuchen County in Shangqiu City. They were often severely beaten, leaving their bodies bruised and their eyes filled with blood. They were repeatedly splashed with cold water to make them stay alert and subjected to humiliating verbal insults.

High
Torture: Bondage Chair

Practitioners were deprived of sleep and the opportunity to relieve themselves. For seven consecutive days, their chairs remained heavily soiled with urine and excrement. They were stabbed with needles when they slept, slapped in the face, given electric shocks, stepped on, and forced to wear headphones that broadcast programs slandering Falun Dafa at high volume.

High
Torture: Killing Rope

Policemen Shi Baolong, Ma Huating, Tan Junming, Zhao Zhiming and Shen Jianwei carried out the tortures. They used thin nylon rope to tie up their victim, as one official grabbed his hair and held him by the throat and the others brutally kicked and stomped on him. Many practitioners could not stand after being beaten and were unable to walk for several months. The thin nylon rope was embedded in their flesh. The brutal policemen stepped on the practitioner's body and tightened the rope to the extreme. After being tied up this way for half an hour to an hour, they'd release the rope and then re-try it, doing this dozens of times. They also stabbed the practitioners with needles, shocked them with electricity, slapped their faces and splashed them with cold water whenever they passed out. Many practitioners' wounds kept festering, and they were unable to walk normally even after six months.

High
Torture: Toothbrush Jabbing the Anus

When one practitioner was tortured, as a final humiliation, they forced his head against the wall and jabbed a toothbrush into his anus until he bled. They also forced dirty socks into his mouth, stabbed him with needles, shocked him, and beat him viciously.

"Rui Beika" Hair Production Ltd. Corporation of Henan Province work with forced labor camps to exploit practitioners' slave labor.

The "Rui Beika" Hair Production Ltd. Corporation of Henan Province was swamped with hairpiece processing orders. The corporation conspired with labor camp authorities to exploit the practitioners in the 'ShiBaili He' Women's Forced Labor Camp and the Third Forced Labor Camp of Xuchang City.

When the workload is high, practitioners are forced to work day and night. The forced labor camps establish excessive production goals so that practitioners have to work about 20 hours per day. They force the practitioners who firmly believe in "Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance" to work day and night or they torture them. If a practitioner cannot finish the assignment on time, his stay in the camp will be extended. For those who are not "transformed," their stay will also be extended. When the government awarded this camp the title of "Civilized Forced Labor Camp" and made congratulatory speeches, three over-worked practitioners fainted on the spot. When the matter was investigated, the labor camp authorities threatened criminal inmates to make them lie to the investigating team. They were told to say that the camp authorities "do not beat, do not curse, and pay eight dollars per month." Practitioners were ordered to lie, taking it for granted they would otherwise be brutally beaten.
