(Clearwisdom.net) The following is a document dated January 14, 2005 that China's Ministry of National Security received from its 26th Bureau (City of Tianjin). The document concludes that the number of articles published in 2004 on minghui.ca (English version of Clearwisdom.net) website that are related to Tianjin totaled 304. "Overall the number of reports keeps rising. There were 55, 79, 73, and 97 Tianjin-related articles published on minghui.ca in the first, second, third, and fourth quarter of 2004, respectively. In particular, the Nine Commentaries has further encouraged many Falun Gong practitioners to submit articles to minghui.ca and to help expose the persecution," the document said.

These documents demonstrate clearly that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), the authorities of the National Security Bureau, and those of various police departments in China, take it as their "jobs" to persecute their citizens and try especially hard to harshly persecute the Falun Gong practitioners who are brave enough to spread the facts of the persecution to the outside world.

Former president Jiang Zemin, who orchestrated the persecution, and his followers who, out of their personal interest, have been executing his order, are very afraid that the facts of their persecution of Falun Gong practitioners will get exposed around the world via the Internet. Since the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party was published in November of 2004, they have been especially concerned that the spread of the Nine Commentaries will help encourage more Falun Gong practitioners in China to submit accounts of persecution. As a result, since early 2005 they have further strengthened their efforts in monitoring and arresting Falun Gong practitioners in China who help to expose the persecution. Nevertheless, minghui.ca has never been short of reports on the persecution of Falun Gong in China. This demonstrates that in order to help their fellow practitioners being persecuted, to safeguard and practice their guiding principle of "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance," to safeguard the reputation of their teacher - the founder of Falun Gong - and to help people tell good from evil and understand the truth of the persecution, numerous practitioners of Falun Gong have not backed down in the face of the persecution. Instead, now even more mature and steadfast, they are determined to expose the facts of the persecution.

The analysis on how minghui.ca published articles about our city (Tianjin) in December of 2004

In December, the number of articles related to the city of Tianjin that minghui.ca published totaled twenty three, which was nineteen fewer than that of November, or a 46 0rop. Details follow:

Four articles, or 17.40f the total number of articles for Tianjin, were related to Nankai District. Among them, three were the reports on the arrests of Falun Gong practitioners, including those published on December 4th, 15th, and 22nd respectively, a) "Falun Dafa Practitioners Zhang Runmei and Yang Hong were abducted and are currently imprisoned at Nankai Detention Center," b) "Dr. Zhang Runmei in Tianjin was abducted and her whereabouts is a mystery," and c) "The authorities illegally sentenced Dr. Zhang Runmei to two years of forced labor camp." Concise in their contents, the first two articles on December 4th and 15th reported how the authorities at Nankai District arrested Zhang Runmei and Yang Hong. In particular there are a lot of details about Zhang Runmei in these two articles. The report dated December 22nd detailed where Zhang was arrested and where she was imprisoned. In addition, it listed the telephone numbers of Nankai Police Department and those of police officers. It is obvious that it was a Falun Gong practitioner who had contact with Zhang uploaded it or provided the information to minghui.ca.

"Feng Min - A bureau level veteran official in Tianjin died as a result of persecution" was published on December 25. This article is related to the death of persecuted Falun Gong practitioners. It briefly stated the story of Feng Min's death without mentioning the exact date and time of the death. At the end of the article, it also reported how Cheng Ke was "persecuted to death." Based on our analysis, the reports came from someone who is specialized in collecting the information about Falun Gong and providing or uploading it to minghui.ca.

Three reports were related to Wuqing District, which accounts for 13.00f the reports on Tianjin. Among them was a report dated December 2nd on the persecution of the arrested Falun Gong practitioners, "Police officers abducted Ma Yongyue from Wuqing District of Tianjin and illegally house-searched Ma." The report briefly stated the time when Ma was arrested, but it also listed the telephone numbers of some of the party organs and government offices as well as the police station in Baigutun Township of Wuqing District. In addition, it publicized the names of the party secretary and other officers of Hepingzhuang. It is deduced that some Falun Gong practitioners in Wuqing District uploaded or provided the information.

Two reports were related to the "persecution" of Falun Gong practitioners, including the one dated December 17th, "Personal experience of persecution by a Falun Dafa practitioner in Wuqing District of Tianjin," which detailed how Ms. Wang Fengchun and her husband in Chuihuangkou Township were "persecuted." By our analysis, the information was provided by Wang Fengchun directly or by some Falun Gong practitioners who were in touch with her. The other report, "Ma Dexuan from Wuqing County of Tianjin City died of persecution at Qingbowa Labor Camp," dated December 22nd, briefly described how Ma died of persecution in 2003. Per our analysis, someone specialized in collecting Falun Gong information provided the information to minghui.ca

Two reports, or 8.7% were related to Jinnan District, including "Urgent appeal to Falun Gong practitioners in Tianjin to try harder in clarifying the truth" dated December 6th and "The telephone numbers of those responsible for the death of Falun Gong practitioner Lin Chunfang in Jinnan District of Tianjin" dated December 13th. Both reports were follow-ups of previous ones on Lin Chunfang's death. We conclude that the information was provided by someone specialized in collecting Falun Gong information.

There was one report for each of Hedong, Hexi, Tanggu, and Dagang Districts respectively, totaling 17.40f the monthly reports relevant to Tianjin. Among them was "Happy New Year to Master Li from Falun Dafa Practitioners in Hedong District of Tianjin," dated December 28th. This piece was too brief to comment on.

Two other reports described how Falun Gong practitioners were arrested. The first one, "Bogus Court of Hexi District of Tianjin attempted to sentence and persecute Falun Dafa practitioners," dated December 28th, briefly described the court date and time for Wang Jinling and others. By our analysis, it must have come from some Falun Gong practitioners who had contact with Wang. The other report, "Six Dafa practitioners in Tanggu District of Tianjin were sentenced to forced labor camps," discussed in relatively great detail how Liu Fuming was arrested. In addition, it listed the names of the officers involved in the arrest as well as the telephone numbers of the Branch Office of National Security in Tanggu District. By our analysis, some Falun Gong practitioners who were in touch with Liu and also knew Liu's family uploaded or provided the information after obtaining the details.

One article complains about how authorities of our party and government offices as well as our police departments "persecuted" Falun Gong practitioners. In the name of Falun Gong practitioners in Dagang District and their families, "Falun Dafa practitioners and their families in Dagang District of Dagang Oil Field demand court sentence of persecutors," dated December 19th, filed a "lawsuit" to the People's Court of Dagang District to complain about the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners by the party and government offices in Dagang District. It is likely that some Falun Gong practitioners in Dagang District provided the information.

Two articles, or 8.7%, are related to the labor camp systems in Tianjin. The first one was "The tortures that Tang Jian suffered before his death at the fifth brigade of Shuangkou Labor Camp of Tianjin," dated December 4th. The other one was entitled "The facts on the persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners at Shuangkou labor camp of Beichen, Tianjin" and dated December 26th. Both articles described the persecution. We conclude that some Falun Gong practitioners who were once imprisoned in the labor camp provided the information.

34.80r eight articles are either cross-regional or lack information on the origin. Details follow: a) One article addressed the arrest of Falun Gong practitioners, including "Falun Dafa practitioner Yuan Shouchun from Tianjin was illegally sentenced to one and half years of forced labor camp" dated December 9th. The above article briefly reported the arrest of Yuan Shouchun and was likely authored by someone who is familiar with or had some contact with Yuan's family. b) Two articles, both dated December 22nd, were follow-ups from previous articles, including "Meng Jixiang, a former member of Tianjin City Standing Committee, and his son-in-law, died of persecution in forced labor camps," and "After five years of wrongful imprisonment, Xu Xiaolong, an engineer in Tianjin was imprisoned in forced labor camp once again." Both articles were likely authored by or based on information provided by someone specialized in collecting Falun Gong information.

The remaining five articles do not have any analytical value because they lack information about the origin. They include a) "Appealing to Tianjin Dafa practitioners to strengthen sending forth righteous thoughts" dated December 16th, b) "Awaken to the Tao after suffering extensive illnesses. Further advances in serious cultivation" dated December 22nd, c) "A Happy New Year to Master Li from Tianjin Dafa practitioners" dated December 28th, and d) "All practitioners from Beijing, Tianjin, and Shenzhen wish Master Li a Happy New Year!" dated also December 28th.

In summary, the number of articles published in 2004 on minghui.ca that are related to Tianjin totaled 304. The overall number of reports keeps rising. There were 55, 79, 73, and 97 Tianjin-related articles published on minghui.ca in the first, second, third, and fourth quarter of 2004, respectively. In particular, the publication of the Nine Commentaries has made a tremendous social impact and it will surely accelerate the activities of uploading articles to minghui.ca. It is evident that the fight on the Internet will be more and more severe.
