Truth Clarification Does Not Equal Cultivation

(Clearwisdom.com) Some fellow practitioners are involved in truth clarification, but they still suffer from sickness karma, and there are some who've passed away during the persecution. Cultivation is a process of constantly getting rid of notions and the human mentality, and of letting go of attachments. Nothing can be a substitute for cultivation. Actually, ordinary people can also do truth clarification, but they cannot boost their cultivation realm and attain Consummation. They can just accumulate good fortune for their future lives.

In a certain area of China, two fellow practitioners died of sickness karma. Both of them were veteran practitioners who obtained the Fa before 1999. One suffered the sequela of a cerebral hemorrhage and had difficulty moving. She kept practicing at home. Although she clarified the truth to visitors at her home, she died this February. Another practitioner who took charge of the material production site in our area had been in a good cultivation state. That practitioner also suffered from sickness karma several times in the past years, but he handled it by using righteous thoughts to negate the evil persecution. Unfortunately, he also passed away this July. Isn't that a terrible thing? Whether every practitioner can do the three things well is not something that affects only that practitioner. It also affects the countless sentient beings on the issue of whether they can be saved, and sentient beings are not just limited to family members.

Cultivation is very serious. It is the Fa that determines the standard. Cultivation at home is a personal choice, but it does not meet the requirements of the Fa for fellow practitioners. Likewise, a practitioner may be able devote himself to Fa validation, but cannot get rid of the hidden attachments deep in his heart. For example, if he still thinks, "After cultivating for such a long time, why am I still in bad health?" or "Why can't my illness be removed?" etc, while he may cultivate very well in other aspects, he does not deal with the illness karma using the righteous thoughts that a Dafa practitioner should have. The evil will easily take advantage of his omission, which may result in severe sickness karma. If he still does not enlighten, he may pass away prematurely. As we know, the losses are not limited to the two practitioners mentioned above. More practitioners should pay much more attention to this issue. Let's not get nervous when it happens to us and repeat mistakes made by other practitioners.

Dafa is supernormal, and so is cultivation. Only Dafa practitioners can pick up the essence from the appearance of every incident and everything that manifests in this dimension, and only Dafa practitioners can gradually transcend the shell of humanness and attain the righteous enlightenment that complies with the standard of the new cosmos.
