Described by Ms. Zhao and written by a Dafa practitioner

(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Zhao, a farmer in the countryside near Langfang City in Hebei Province had a strange disease in May 2004. One month later, a doctor diagnosed her as having "suppurative arthritis." This disease caused fluid accumulation between the joints and flesh of her legs. Every time she visited the doctor, he would withdraw two tubes of fluid from her legs with a 50 milliliter injector, causing her much pain. In order to cure the disease, she tried various treatments and an operation, but her health didn't recover and she could no longer afford the expensive medical bills, so she remained at home. She had to lie in bed for nine months after returning home without additional treatment. This caused the muscles in her upper limbs to wither. The 20,000 yuan paid in medical expenses was a huge burden for a peasant family, and the whole family lost the happiness that they had previously.

In May 2005, a Dafa practitioner went to Ms. Zhao's home and told her about the magnificence and beauty of Dafa, and she listened very attentively. When this practitioner was about to leave, Ms. Zhao suddenly had a thought, "Dafa is so wonderful and this practitioner talked to me for so long for my own benefit, I should see her off." With such a thought, a miracle happened: she got out of her bed and walked a few steps! Her family was startled, and everyone present was very excited. They all said, "Dafa is really miraculous."

The following day, she promptly called that practitioner to ask for a copy of a Dafa book, and said that she wanted to practice. After the Dafa practitioner sent her the book, another miracle happened. This 51-year-old woman didn't even finish grade three of elementary school, but when she opened Zhuan Falun, she could read the whole book and copy some sentences in the book. Her husband said, "We have been married for over 25 years, but I never saw you reading any book before. This really is a miracle." Then she also asked to learn the exercises.

Only three days later, which was the fifth day after she obtained Dafa, an even greater miracle happened. She could not only get out of bed to cook and wash clothes, but also walk around like a healthy person. Just over ten days later was wheat harvest time, and she rode a bike to the field to reap the winter wheat with her family. Her neighbors and all the villagers could not believe their eyes, and asked her how she was able to recover. She told them the process of obtaining Dafa and finally told people, "Falun Dafa is wonderful and it is Dafa that saved our whole family!"

Due to this earth-shaking change, her family also changed from opposing her practice of Dafa to heartfelt support of Dafa. Now her whole family practices Falun Dafa and the past smiles and cheerful talks have returned to her home once again. She always tells whoever she meets, "Dafa saved my whole family."
