My Grandson Has Assimilated to Falun Dafa

(Clearwisdom.net) My bright and energetic grandson is three years old. Whenever something bad happens he recites, "Falun Dafa is good" and, "Truthfulness-Compassion- and Forbearance is good," and then everything is all right.

I remember when my daughter-in-law was three months pregnant, I had a dream in which I saw a small baby with a sun hat sitting with his legs crossed and smiling. The baby was flying toward me from the heavens, and when he floated in front of my head, I smilingly reached up and held him in my arms.

My grandson was born in April 2002. When he was one month old, I held him and read Lunyu to him. He grew up listening to Lunyu daily. He grew just like the baby in my dream, and he was energetic and lovely. When he started to walk and talk, I taught him to say, "Falun Dafa is good; Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good." He was very bright and talkative. When he learned to speak he added expressions such as nodding his head.

The severe persecution against Falun Dafa instilled fear in my family members. They did not want to be implicated and lose their jobs. Consequently, I taught my grandson to study the Fa when my family members were not around, as they would not have been in favor of my doing so. His grandfather, who believed in Buddhism, often showed my grandson Buddhist scriptures. For a time, due to my family's objections, I no longer took care of my grandson, and instead, my husband took care of him. My grandson then became testy and cried or kicked up a row if anything was not as he wished. However, my grandson had obtained the Fa, so I became concerned about his behavior, which I thought was not right. One righteous mind can subdue one hundred evils, so when I had that righteous thought, no matter what the interference, I steadily led my grandson to say, "Falun Dafa is good; Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good." My grandson is well behaved now.

When I study the Fa, my grandson often puts down his toys, runs to me and asks me to read to him, "Grandma, please read. I'll listen." Then he obediently sits on my lap and listens to me read the Fa. Even though he does not know how to read, he uses his finger to follow each line I read from Zhuan Falun. He listens to the Fa intently.

Now when my grandson runs into difficulties or does not feel comfortable or enters into a conflict with his friends, he thinks of the Fa. Last Friday when he returned from kindergarten there were some bloody scabs in the corner of his eye. I asked him, "Who scratched your eye?" When he said his friend did it, I asked him, "Did you scratch your friend?" Immediately he clapped his hands happily and said, "Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good, and then everything is OK."

Whenever I sit in meditation in front of Teacher's photo, my grandson follows me and sits with his legs single crossed and his hands conjoined.

From these experiences of my grandson, I have realized that as long as we follow Teacher's instructions and step forward to assimilate to the Fa of the cosmos, the cosmos treat the sentient beings justly. We should never validate the Fa based on qing, because the lives created by Falun Dafa are based on reason, not qing. It is Dafa disciples who enlighten to different principles of the universe at different levels that will safeguard the Fa in the future.
