Several Stories About Righteous Thoughts

(Clearwisdom.net) I began to practice Falun Gong less than two years ago. When I first started practicing, I didn't have the book. I was anxious to get a copy of Zhuan Falun at any price. Soon, my sister's husband managed to borrow a book for me, but he said we would have to return it. As a new practitioner, my mind was not righteous at all. I told my sister, "If he wants the book back, just tell him the police confiscated it." Sure enough, a few months later, the police indeed took that copy of Zhuan Falun. At the time, I was overtaken by fear and could not protect the book. Later a fellow practitioner gave me another copy of Zhuan Falun.

My niece, my sister's daughter, is also a practitioner. She hand-copied Zhuan Falun twice and kept the two copies at home. I told myself, "Teacher's book should not be just kept at home, and we should give them to others who want to practice Falun Gong." One day my sister and I went to visit my youngest aunt, my mother's younger sister. I asked her if she wanted to read Zhuan Falun. It happened that her two daughters were visiting that day, and they both eagerly wanted to get a copy of Zhuan Falun. After the visit, they both became practitioners.

I realized that this was a righteous thought. When we do something without thinking about ourselves, then this is a righteous thought. If we have righteous thoughts, Teacher will make the best arrangement for us.

Righteous Thoughts Result in a Miracle

I am 47 years old. On October 15, 2005, I was out working in the fields when suddenly I felt a dull pain in my stomach. I tried to ignore it. But when I squatted down to do some work, the pain became sharp and burning. I stood up immediately, and blood poured from my mouth and nose like a spring. I covered my mouth with my hand. The blood dripped through my fingers and made a pool on the ground. I quickly got a basin to catch the blood. The basin was soon half-filled. I could hardly endure the pain, but at the same time I was relatively calm. I thought, "I am a Dafa practitioner. I should always remain righteous in my heart, my mind and my actions." I kept sending forth righteous thoughts, "I will firmly deny the persecution of the dark minions; I only walk along the path arranged by Teacher; I will follow Teacher in the Fa rectification; no one can hurt me."

Despite the pain, I went home and began reading Teacher's books. Especially after I read Teacher's new article "The Closer to the End, the More Diligent You Should Be," I was greatly encouraged and enlightened. My mind was clearer, and my determination became stronger. For three days, even though I could not sleep because of my stomach pain and nausea, I kept on doing the exercises and sending forth righteous thoughts at the beginning of each hour. On the fourth day, I began to send forth stronger righteous thoughts, "I must not acknowledge the persecution by the old forces, the dark minions or the corrupted divine beings; I am a Dafa practitioner; you don't deserve to test me; I only follow Teacher's arrangement."

Suddenly, a miracle happened. The pain and nausea vanished. I felt very comfortable. I was so happy for my victory over the sickness karma. My great compassionate Teacher had eliminated my "sickness." I could not control my tears. This experience taught me that, as long as we have solid righteous thoughts, the old forces and dark minions' persecution will fail for sure.

Practitioner Walks Away from a Car Accident Without a Scratch

An associate research fellow (equivalent to an associate professor) in Chenxi County is a Falun Gong practitioner. Over the years, he composed many musical and literary works. After July 1999, he continued to validate Dafa with wisdom and clarified the truth to his colleagues and leaders. When people from the 610 Office tried to force him to write a guarantee statement not to go to Beijing to appeal for Dafa, he told them firmly, "I won't write it even if you chop off my hands." He resisted the evil's pressure with solid determination.

Once when he was a passenger in a car, the car hit a tree and overturned several times. When he felt the huge shock of the crash, he immediately yelled out, "The Fa rectifies the cosmos, the evil is completely eliminated." When the car was tumbling over, he reassured himself, "I am a Falun Gong practitioner, I am safe." After the car stopped, he climbed out of the car without a scratch. After this accident, his belief in Dafa grew stronger than ever.
