Japan: Falun Gong Practitioners Strongly Protest CCP's Police Hoodlum Crimes in Front of Chinese Consulate (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) We were shocked to hear the news that two Falun Gong
practitioners from Hebei Province were savagely beaten and raped by malevolent
police of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Japanese Falun Gong practitioners
went to the Chinese Consulate on December 6, 2005 to strongly protest the CCP's
scoundrel acts. Falun Gong practitioners read a protest article to call for
attention from the international community to help stop the brutal persecution
of Falun Gong practitioners happening in China, severely punish vile rapist He
Xuejian and related personnel, and bring chief perpetrators Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan,
Liu Jing and Zhou Yongkang to justice. The rapes happened while the UN Special Rapporteur on the Question of Torture
was in Beijing conducting an investigation of torture in China. In the evening
of November 24, 2005, police from Dongchengfang Town Police Station, Zhuozhou
City, Hebei Province, under the CCP's policy of persecuting Falun Gong
practitioners, took into custody two female Falun Gong practitioners in Xitong
Village, Dongchengfang Town, including Ms. Liu Jizhi, 51, and Ms. Han Yuzhi, 42,
from their respective homes. At around 2:00 p.m. on November 25, during the illegal detention and
interrogation of Ms. Liu Jizhi at the Dongchengfang Police Station, police
officer He Xuejian savagely beat Ms. Liu. Afterwards, he sexually harassed Ms.
Liu and shocked Ms. Liu on her breast with an electric baton. Seeing the
electric baton's sparks, He Xuejian kept saying, "This is fun! This is
fun!"... In the end, no matter how Liu Jizhi protested, struggled, and
pleaded with a kind will, He Xuejian raped her. Ms. Han Yuzhi, who was arrested with Ms. Liu at the same time was unable to
escape from the misfortune. She was also raped by vile police officer He Xuejian.
After being raped, Ms. Liu and Ms. Han were forced to do hard labor. Two other
police officers were on the site when the rapes occurred, but they did not do
anything to stop them. Over the past more than six years of persecution of Falun Gong, with the
Chinese communist regime's connivance and protection, many unlawfully detained
female Falun Gong practitioners have been sexually harassed and raped. In October 2000, 18 female Falun Gong practitioners who were imprisoned in
Masanjia Forced Labor Camp were stripped naked and thrown into male criminals'
cells. On May 14, 2001, a Beijing police officer beat and raped a female Falun Gong
practitioner. In 2001, police officers from Xingtai, Hebei Province gang raped several
female practitioners. On May 13, 2003, a Chongqing police officer publicly raped Miss Wei Xingyan,
a Falun Gong practitioner and a graduate student from Chongqing University. In Dalian Labor Camp, Liaoning Province, police guards stripped off female
practitioners' clothes and cuffed their hands and feet spread eagle, in the
shape of the Chinese character "'å".
Then they stuffed pepper into the practitioners' genitals, and inserted mop
handles or brushes into their genitals. As a consequence, the victims bled
profusely and were in extreme pain. They also suffered long lasting back pain. Uniformed and vile rapists such as He Xuejian appeared in
large numbers in the CCP and Jiang group's organized persecution of Falun Gong.
It would be an enormous humiliation to the human race to tolerate this inhumane
behavior and do nothing about it. Therefore, we once again call for Japan and
international community to pay high attention to Falun Gong practitioners' human
rights issues in China, and end the brutal persecution as soon as possible.
