On the evening of September 22, 2005, practitioner Mr. Zhang Anjun was illegally arrested. On the eighth day of his detention, he was sentenced to one year in a forced labor camp. Since November 12, 2005, Mr. Zhang Anjun has been on a hunger strike to protest the inhumane torture. His life is in danger. He has been forced-fed for an extended period.

Practitioner Mr. Li Shuzhong from Beipiao City in Liaoning Province has been on a hunger strike to protest his illegal detention ever since the police from the State Security Division of Beipiao City arrested him on October 21, 2005. Recently Mr. Li Shuzhong was tortured until he vomited blood and his life is greatly endangered. According to witnesses, Mr. Li is extremely weak and in a coma. His feet are still in shackles and the feeding tube has been kept inside of him for a long time.

Practitioner Mr. Liang Baofan is 43 years old. On November 14, 2005, a local resident reported him to the police when he was distributing truth-clarification materials in the Dongjuzi District of Jilin City. As a result, he was arrested by the police.

On November 10, 2005, the police suddenly broke into practitioner Ms. Guo Shuzhen's home and arrested her.

Around 9:00 p.m. on the evening of November 14, 2005, four practitioners from Peibali Village, Ms. Li Qingmei, Ms. Liu Guifang, Ms. Cui Fenglan and Ms. Zhou Huajun, were doing group excercises. More than 20 policemen arrived and carried them off to the Chiping County Detention Center. The police officers came in three cars carrying ladders and climbed onto the rooftop to arrest the practitioners.

On the afternoon of November 5, 2005, practitioner Ms. Li Ailian from the Tunlan District of Gujiao City in Shanxi Province was arrested by the police officers at the Gujiao City Train Station and taken to the Gujiao City Railroad Police Station. The following day, at around 1:00 a.m., the police officers searched Ms. Li Ailian's house and confiscated her laptop, a printer and other items. On November 7, 2005, officers with the State Security Division of the Taiyuan City Railroad Police Department took Ms. Li Ailian to the Taiyuan City Railroad Police Department for illegal detention.

At 8:00 p.m. on the evening of November 4, 2005, practitioner Mr. Yang Junfeng was arrested and detained for one night in the Beicheng District Police Station of Shulan City in Jilin Province. After 8:00 a.m. the next morning, police officer Wang Ximin (male) from the Beicheng District Police Station tried to arrest the parents of Mr. Yang Junfeng at their home. He failed because Mr. Yang's parents, who are also practitioners, did not open the door.

Practitioner Yan Junhua worked at the Dagang District Water Conservancy Department. On November 17, 2005, more than ten policemen broke into the practitioner's work place and made an arrest.

Practitioners Ms. Wu Chunzhen and Ms. Shi Yanqiu are both from Nantunji Township, Dongfeng County in Jilin Province. On the evening of November 15, 2005, they were arrested at home by the police of Wudaogang Township of Dongfeng County. Their houses were ransacked. Both of them are being held and tortured in the Dongfeng County Detention Center.

Practitioner Ms. Yang Lingju is a retired worker from the Ziyang Pharmaceutical Company in Sichuan Province. On November 15, 2005, Ms. Yang was illegally arrested and is now being held in the Yanjiang District Detention Center in Sichuan Province.

On November 15, 2005, practitioner Ms. Fan Xiuzhi from the Sandaohezi District in Lingyuan City, Liaoning Province, was arrested by the police of the Sandaohezi Police Station. At 2:00 p.m. on November 18, 2005, practitioner Mr. Qi Zhiqian from the Wujiazi District of Lingyuan City was arrested. On the same day, practitioner Mr. Meng Zhaowu from the Sandaohezi District of Lingyuan City was also arrested. They are all being held in the No. 2 Detention Center of Lingyuan City.

At 12:00 p.m. on November 17, 2005, practitioner Ms. Zhu Quanzhen from Lixin County in Anhui Province was sending forth righteous thoughts at home. Suddenly, several members of the local police station came into her house. They tried to force her to write words to defame Falun Dafa. Ms. Zhu, as a Falun Dafa disciple, refused, and she was taken away to the Bozhou City Brainwashing Center. Several other practitioners, including Ms. Lin Xuezhi, were also taken there around the same time.

Practitioner Ms. Wang Tingyu is from the Sungang Township, Yeji Experimental District, Liu'an City in Anhui Province. On the evening of October 24, 2005, she was arrested by the police and is being held in the Huoqiu County Detention Center.

Ms. Wang Tingyu's husband, practitioner Mr. Li Zucheng, was arrested by the police from their home on September 9, 2005, and was sentenced to one year in a forced labor camp. He is detained in the Nanhu Farm. Their two young children and his elderly mother are left at home without anyone to take care of them.

On October 29, 2005, practitioners Mr. Ma Yunzhong, Ms. Xu Jingcui and Ms. Wang Qinghua from Feidong County, Hefei City in Auhui Province, were all arrested. The whereabouts of practitioner Ms. Song Ling and Ms. Liu Chuanfang are currently unknown.

On October 22, 2005, Ms. Zhao Fuling from the Hexi District of Tianjin City was arrested by the police of the Machangdao District Police Station. She is being detained and tortured in the Hexi District Police Department of Tianjin City

At 1:00 a.m. on October 20, 2005, practitioner Mr. Liu Shuge was taken away by several police officers, including policeman Gao Shan (male) from the Kuancheng County State Security Division. On October 21, 2005, Mr. Liu Shuge was taken to the Gaoyang County Forced Labor Camp.

Practitioner Ms. Huang Guimei from the Xiangdong District of Lingyuan City in Liaoning Province was arrested by the police on November 2, 2005, when she was working in a drug store in Lingyuan City. The next day she was sent to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp and is now being tortured.

Practitioner Mr. Liu Wanli from the Laoheqiuzigou Township and the Yejia Township of Suizhong County was arrested by the police around November 16, 2005. His house was also ransacked by the police. Both he and another practitioner are being held in the Suizhong County Detention Center.
