Three More Falun Gong Practitioners are Now Known to Have Died of Persecution

(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Xu Xiufen was a Falun Gong practitioner from Fushun City, Liaoning Province. She used to suffer from various diseases and could not take care of herself. No medical treatment was effective in treating her illnesses. After she began practicing Falun Dafa on March 1, 1996, her illnesses gradually all went away. After the persecution of Falun Gong began on July 20, 1999, Ms. Xu felt extremely sad that such a good practice was banned. Because she studied the Fa and shared experiences with fellow practitioners at home, Xu Xiufen was taken away by police and also had her home ransacked. Later, she was sentenced to forced labor and brainwashing because of distributing truth-clarification materials. While in detention, Ms. Xu was tortured brutally and her health deteriorated. She was then released on medical parole. In January 2002, Xu Xiufen went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong and was arrested and taken back to prison. After a while, she was released on medical parole again. In order to avoid further persecution, Ms. Xu left home and lived a life of homelessness. On December 25, 2004, Xu Xiufen passed away, at the age of 62.

Mr. Fang Boying was a Falun Gong practitioner from Huanggang, Hubei Province. After he began practicing Falun Dafa in 1996, he benefited tremendously. The illnesses that had haunted him for years all disappeared. Mr. Fang showed symptoms of a stroke twice, but he miraculously recovered. At the end of 2000, he and his wife went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong, and returned safely. In 2002, his children were arrested and persecuted for practicing Falun Gong. The separation of his family tormented him so much that he fell ill. At the end of 2002, Fang Boying passed away, at the age of 74.

Ms. Wang Chaoyin was a Falun Gong practitioner from Zaozhuang, Shandong Province. She began practicing Falun Dafa in October 1997. After the persecution began in 1999, Ms. Wang was harassed on numerous occasions by a local police station. Her home was also ransacked. Ms. Wang was forced to write statements denouncing Falun Gong. Soon, her old illnesses recurred. Wang Chaoyin passed away in January 2000 at the age of 48.
