Fa Study and Experience Sharing During the New Year's Holiday

Dozens of young Falun Gong practitioners in Yilan, Taiwan got together during the Chinese New Year's holiday in February 2005 to study the Fa and do group exercises. Their clear voices vibrated in the room, creating a peaceful and warm atmosphere.

Group Exercise and Spreading the Fa in Sports Park

After more than one hour of Fa study and experience sharing, the young practitioners and their parents went to Sports Park to do group exercises and spread the Fa. This popular park was busier than usual during the New Year holiday. The young practitioners did their exercises in high spirits and kindly introduced Falun Gong to park visitors.

When they started the exercises, many people were fascinated by their group practice. The young practitioners could concentrate so well, making their innocent faces look all the more lovely.

Dozens of Falun Gong practitioners in Yilan County are school teachers. They teach "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" in their schools and families. One mother said, "My children are so good because they practice Falun Gong. They won't be polluted by the bad things in society."

Falun Dafa Benefits Whole Families

Ms. Lin and her two elementary-school-aged children from Wujie Village participated in this activity. Ms. Lin said her children have been following the standard taught in "Zhuan Falun" to improve their heart-mind nature and virtue. They were top students in their schools and had been selected as Model Students many times.

Mr. Li is a high school teacher. He used to be overly strict with his students. After learning Falun Gong, he began to solve problems with his students and children with a kinder and more compassionate heart.

Practicing Falun Gong has cured Ms. Guo's stubborn diseases. She said her children have had improved health, and their characters and school performance have improved since they started learning Falun Gong. Having benefited from Falun Gong themselves, many practitioners and children in the Minghui School have participated in activities to introduce Falun Gong to others and to expose the lies and persecution of Falun Gong by Jiang Zemin's regime.

Hundreds of Millions of Children under Persecution

Dr. Chen said the persecution of Falun Gong in China has put three hundred and sixty million children under all kinds of persecution. Innocent children in China are imbued with false information and hatred against Falun Gong and "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." Fourteen million children and teenagers are under the fear of being expelled from school, losing their parents or having to leave their homes due to the pressure of the persecution. Former Chinese Education Minister Chen Zhili, who was sued in Tanzania, forced schools to spread hatred toward Falun Gong. Children were forced to watch Falun Gong-slandering videos and thus became victims of the persecution. Their inherent sense of goodness has been terribly distorted by this propaganda.

Dr. Chen said he was worried about the next generation in China because of the hate propaganda by Jiang's regime. To create a sharp contrast, many Falun Dafa camps have been held in the summer in Taiwan over these past several years. Falun Gong practitioners who specialize in different fields have introduced Falun Gong to school teachers. Because of the inspirational effect of the courses, they were welcomed by the Education Bureau, principals and teachers. Those who take these courses receive credit. Dr. Chen hoped that more people with a sense of justice would pay attention to the situation in China and help stop the persecution, so that children in China would have a normal and healthy climate in which to develop.
