My Limited Understanding Upon Reading the Article, "Discussion with Fellow Practitioners Regarding the Withdrawal from the Communist Party, Youth League and Young Vanguard League" By a Falun Dafa practitioner in China (Clearwisdom.net) After reading a practitioner's article, "Discussion with Fellow Practitioners Regarding the Withdrawal from the Communist Party, Youth League and Young Vanguard League" (Chinese text available at http://minghui.ca/mh/articles/2005/2/20/95861.html), I thought of what Master said in "Dafa is Indestructible,"
"As a Dafa disciple, everything of yours is formed by Dafa and is the most righteous, and it can only be that [you] rectify everything that is not righteous. How could you bow to the evil? How could you promise something to the evil? Even if it doesn't truly come from your heart, it's still giving in to the evil. This is bad conduct for humans, too, and Gods absolutely would not do such a thing."
I feel that Falun Dafa practitioners should be honest and noble, and should truly deserve our special title as arranged in history. No matter which work unit we are in or which job we are holding, we should keep our identity of Falun Dafa practitioners. Since we have declared to have withdrawn from the organization of the Communist evil specter, we should genuinely withdraw both in our mind and through our actions, and erase the marks stamped by the evil Party. It is not simply a formality. To accomplish this in the eyes of higher beings, I think we should give our declarations of withdrawal from the Party (or the Youth League) to our work units.
If we made written statements of withdrawal but did not hand the written notice to our work units, then the headcount of the Communist Party will not decrease. The Party will claim that its members are playing a leading role, and its team is still growing, and so on. Of course, we are not involved with politics. The extinction of the evil Party is determined by higher beings. What we are doing is to save the world's people as much as we can.
As for some people holding special positions that make it inconvenient for them to use their real names to withdraw from the Party, if they have made up their mind to withdraw and make declarations overseas under an alias, that situation is excluded from my discussion.
It is very important for Falun Gong students, who had attachments to the Communist Party, to eliminate interference by making the declaration. This relates fundamentally to the understanding of this issue and whether the three things can be carried out based on the criteria of Falun Dafa practitioners. If it is really inconvenient to use one's real name, it is not forbidden to use an alias. We just have to be clear in our minds, and the higher beings can also see clearly whether we have truly let go of the attachment to the evil Communist Party. Posting date: 3/12/2005
