I Recovered from Nervous System Damage and a Crushed Humerus in Just Seventeen Days

(Clearwisdom.net) My name is Shi Shenglan. I am fifty seven years old and I live in Huaihua City, Hunan Province. In 2005, I fell ten feet out of a tree that I was working in and severely injured my head and right shoulder. However, I told myself that I am a Falun Dafa practitioner and I should be strong, so I picked myself up from the ground with great effort and walked several miles back to my house. Many passersby saw blood oozing from my ears, and I also felt some blood flowing down my throat. At that time, I could not hear clearly and I did not remember anything after that.

When I reached home, I lay on my bed and was already in a half-comatose state, but in my mind I said, "I firmly believe in Master Li and Falun Dafa; Master Li will definitely ensure that I can get through this ordeal." When my husband saw me in this state he was terribly frightened and shocked. Although he was not a practitioner, he understood the truth about Falun Dafa, so he sat next to my bed looking after me. My mind was very clear then. I knew that I was a Falun Dafa practitioner and that this ordeal was nothing.

I was in this state for almost ten days, and I didn't eat or drink. My daughter came from overseas and was extremely upset. She decided to take me to the hospital. My daughter said, "Mum, I think we should go to the hospital and get a scan. If there is nothing serious, we will return home." The scanning report showed that there was an intracranial hemorrhage which had seriously damaged up to 70% of my central nervous system. Moreover, my right humerus (the long bone in the arm that runs from the shoulder to the elbow) was totally crushed, and two of my ribs were broken. The doctors said that my life was in danger, and this shocked my husband and daughter badly. Nevertheless, I never treated myself as an injured person, and I left the hospital five days later.

After returning home, I steadfastly studied the Fa and listened to Master's lectures. Two days later, my body totally recovered. My family, relatives and friends were all amazed at Falun Dafa's miracles, and everyone agreed that Falun Dafa is good. There were some who even started practicing Falun Dafa after hearing of my miraculous recovery.

I hereby thank Master Li, who helped me get through this ordeal, and also allowed me to clarify the truth and power of Falun Dafa with my personal experience.
