Prisoners' Hearts Change after Witnessing the Greatness of Falun Dafa

(Clearwisdom.net) In the summer of 2004, a female Falun Gong practitioner in her forties from Yanbian Autonomous Region was arrested while distributing truth-clarifying materials and was sent to a detention center. She was jailed with 7 criminals. Due to long-term incarceration, the inmates had contracted diseases and had become hot-tempered. Fights broke out all the time. The environment was very bad.

Despite this, the female practitioner showed them kindness. She talked to them about the real situation of Falun Gong. With a compassionate heart, she told them to always remember "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" and sincerely say, "Falun Dafa is Good" and they would then have a bright new future. Nevertheless, the inmates did not believe her and even laughed at her.

One of them suffered a severe stomachache one day. She felt an excruciating pain. The practitioner immediately told her to say, "Falun Dafa is good! Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good!" Due to the unbearable pain, the inmate did as she was told. Soon her pain was gone and she was able to eat some food. She even had a good appetite. After the meal, she regained her strength, was full of vigor and did not look like someone who had just suffered an ailment.

The other inmates were all shocked to witness the whole process. Their hearts were greatly touched and their long-locked minds were opened. They started to believe what the female practitioner had told them and began to respectfully recite "Falun Dafa is good! Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good!" too.

After practicing for a period of time, their pain was alleviated by various degrees. Experiencing the huge changes in themselves, they were convinced by the miracle of Falun Dafa. Thereafter, they started to study the Fa and do the exercises with the practitioner. Every day, they studied the Fa, practiced Falun Gong exercises and shared experiences together. The bad environment disappeared as well. The small cell became a peaceful and pure land of cultivation.

One day, a prison guard saw them when they were practicing Falun Gong. Since the guard was touched by the huge change she had witnessed in the prisoners of this cell, she stood there quietly watching them for a long time. Since then, the guard has taken special care of the prisoners of this cell.
