Some Recent Understandings

I seldom exchanged my experiences in cultivation with fellow practitioners, because I always felt that I did not do well enough in my cultivation. I talked little and just cultivated myself, and looked on other practitioners silently. I did not talk with fellow practitioners until I found some chances recently and had some new understandings.

Recently, news came from many places that some fellow practitioners were suffering from diseases and even died. When we exchanged our views on these events, most of us emphasized the possible loopholes that existed in the fellow practitioners suffering from diseases and we tried to find out whether they were truly cultivating or whether they had signed pacts with the old forces. We failed to put an emphasis on how we should negate the arrangements and persecution of the old forces as a whole.

Some practitioners, in their manner of speaking, showed their indifference toward these events. With only an intent of "helping" those practitioners, they would say that as long as the practitioners were steadfast, they would be able to overcome the diseases. In my personal point of view, no matter what the real cause of the disease of the fellow practitioners was, the first thing we should do is to thoroughly negate it, rather than trying to find out the cause of the disease as bystanders. We should work together to negate the arrangement as a whole. Teacher had said: "The next person's things are your things, and your things are his things."(Teaching the Fa at the Washington, D.C. Fa Conference).

We must let go of the attachment of selfishness in our cultivation. The persecution of a practitioner by the old forces is, as a matter of fact, persecution against all practitioners as a whole. The people who obtained Dafa are admired by all sentient beings and are supposed to build up even more mighty virtue by saving sentient beings that have predestined relationships with them. No matter how they are cultivating themselves or how many attachments they still have, they should be given the chance for further improvement in their cultivation, instead of leaving them for the so-called "test" of the old forces, who are not qualified to test Teacher's disciples. Furthermore, we are now in urgent need of Dafa practitioners to save sentient beings.

Then what reason or excuse do we have to act as bystanders or even acknowledge the persecution of the old forces against Dafa practitioners by leaving our fellow practitioners to face these things alone? In this sense we should take seriously our exchanges with fellow practitioners at our side. When the karma of disease arises, we should immediately send forth righteous thoughts as a whole to negate the arrangement of the old forces thoroughly. We should also talk with the fellow practitioners to strengthen their belief that they will only follow the way arranged by Teacher, and that no gods or demons are allowed to interfere with Dafa practitioners' validation of Dafa and salvation of sentient beings. In this way we will fully exert the power of Dafa practitioners as a whole and establish even more mighty virtue in the final stage of Fa rectification.

In conclusion, I would recommend that we look inward further for the problems that occurred recently, as all of us were involved in these events. Please kindly point out anything improper. I hope that all of us can improve together as quickly as possible. Let us validate Dafa and save sentient beings with our wisdom.
